Our hair was fine but our makeup, we looked like we should have been laying in a casket and they were trying to cover up Rigamortus. This is not an exaggeration at all. Even the men that I showed our pictures too could not believe how awful it looked. I unfortunately could not tell Ali in person your makeup artistry sucked and sent a message and let them know of my dissatisfaction and that we had to redo our makeup. Before Ali did my makeup I was VERY clear about how natural and light I wanted it and so did my daughters. We even showed inspiration pics She is correct I did leave $60 as she did give 3 of us a service and we were not unsatisfied with our hair. That is $20 a person. However if I would have loved our makeup the tip would have been that much bigger!!! In their message they were trying to create that I am a difficult client or person which I am not difficult at all. Again I gave this "professional " a very generous tip according to them Also they were not happy I didn't say anything to Ali before we left however # 1 we had to be at the church by 130 and still had to finish getting ready and dressed and It was 12 when we left. # 2 it would have not changed the outcome as we were all VERY CLEAR what we wanted. Super upset by the service here. Went in to change my auburn hair and ended up with black hair and…read moreorangish pink ends. I understand how hair reacts different to dyes but I was never told this could be the outcome. I was very specific about my fear of orange or pink and that I wanted a brown on top. I was assured the outcome would be close to caramel not orange. And during she assured me the top would not look black although it did during. 150$ later... See the picture below I called the next morning very upset to request a change and the response was unsympathetic that my "red" hair was the cause of all this and they had no control of the outcome. I was told there'd be a cost to redo it and without promise of it being how I wanted. Later I got a call back saying there was nothing to do expect wash it to fade it and let the sun lighten it .
