My Experience with BuildRite Pro…read more Unfortunately, my experience with BuildRite Pro was extremely disappointing. The job was paid for in full, yet the company left without completing the work they were hired and paid to do. What makes this situation even more upsetting is that the customer was my senior citizen mother. I feel that she was taken advantage of, and it is unacceptable to leave an older customer in this position after receiving full payment for a job that was not completed. During the time they were working, there were also serious concerns about the workers' behavior. On multiple occasions, workers appeared to show up intoxicated, and they would loudly argue and fight with each other while on the job. This was extremely unprofessional and created an uncomfortable and upsetting environment. I am sharing this review so that others can be aware of my experience and carefully consider their options before hiring this company. When you pay someone in full, you should be able to expect professional behavior, respectful treatment, and for the work you paid for to actually be completed.

Two gentlemen came and worked on my equipment (they really tried to bring it back to life but the thing was just too far gone). They ordered the part, we set up a new date to install it, so that by a week later they were right back to finish the job and install the part (a blower). When they came back, within an hour... not only was it working again, I had my buns pressed right against that grill warming them up against this everlasting cold in NYS! LOL I have nothing but praise for my experience with them. I will be using them in the future for maintenance of my equipment. I recommend them.
