HORRIBLE COMPANY HARRY GIVES YOU A 10 YEAR WARRANTY THATS BULLSHIT!! floors were installed incorrect again they have cracked separated only a few months after. his entire team is unprofessional. inconsistent arrival times, projects get delayed due to employee drama and drug use his team talks very poorly about him and his work ethics. employees go unpaid and stop showing up to work hence why projects take FOREVER . please stay away from this company look at the other reviews!!!! read more

Everything came out great and once started, the work was done timely. Crew was super friendly and courteous. Issues came in the beginning of the project, when there were lengthy delays and very bad communication. Having never done a project like this we were very nervous, plus having things in our personal lives going on, it was very stressful. We were fine with delays, and were understanding, it was just frustrating over lack of communication and being told they would be starting and then wouldn't be here. Moving forward, I hope this is something the company can work on and fix. In the end, project came out great, very happy, we have recommended them to other and will use Giovanni and build right pro in the future! read more

Poor workmanship, and would not recommend this company. It was a struggle to get them started after they took down payment. They installed stone on the chimney, and left the spaces, and never came back to remove them. They ran out of material to complete the job, and used already cut up pieces. Looks absolutely terrible. I told them this was unacceptable. They told me, they would be back in two days to redo it; they never came back. I contacted them again, and again, they ignored me. Stay away from BuildRite Pro if you are looking for good workmanship and professionals. read more

I use BuidRite pro to redo a retaining wall that was done incorrectly by a previous contractor. BuidRite pro made sure that the retaining wall was done correctly. They also made sure I was completely satisfied with the work .They kept me involved throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend BuidRite Pro to anyone who needs a contractor. They promised me there would be management present all the time. They just had Spanish workers there no English and very messy. The only time I saw owner is to collect money. One day one of the workers was inappropriate towards me. I said no and he left. I had to call them back many times to complete there mess. No molding, painting, dirty floor, and stairs not completed ect. They took my son's tools but returned them with items missing. My son is a plumber and they stole all his copper worth about 200. DO NOT HIRE THEM read more

Entered a contract for demo of old retaining wall and construction of new stone wall. Never dealt with a more unprofessional company in my life. Promise after promise broken. Phone calls and texts not returned. Workers left unsupervised job took much longer than expected. Finally spoke with owner he blamed sub then sub blamed owner. Supplies not on site then dumped in the street. Thankfully my neighbors didn't complain. My driveway was left a mess. Definitely do not recommend them for masonry work. At the end we just wanted them gone. Still owner does not want to take responsibility. read more

If you want your job done on-time or correctly, do NOT hire BAWA Construction Company. They, and in…read moreparticular Harold and Joe, have been done nothing but lie, no show, and avoid fulfilling their promises. In July 2022 I hired them to fill in a small hole that collapsed on my cobblestone patio, re-lay the stones, pressure wash, insert polymeric sand, and all weather seal. They quoted me $3200 and said the sand and sealing would last 5-10 years without an issue. After paying, they pressure washed the driveway and patio, then let it sit for several weeks to the point where they had to come and redo the entire process as weeds were again growing in the spacing. Also during this time, I filled in the hole and reset the cobblestones myself as it was a hazard to my children. I asked them to lower the $3200 quote and was told , "That was being done for free since it was such a small job. The power-washing, polymeric sand, and sealing still would cost $3200." Since they had a contract and I just wanted it finished, I dropped the complaint and they finished the work in mid-August, over a month after they stated it would originally be completed. Fast forward to April 2023 and there are again weeds growing within a great amount of the areas where the polymeric sand and sealer were laid. I was told by Harold over the phone, "No problem. Our worker probably did not power wash deep enough and we will take care of it." Eventually, after several weeks of no communication except when initiated by me and several no shows, Harold told me that I needed to speak with Joe and he would take care of it. It was more of the same with Joe, who promised to come fix the problem twice, and no showed both appointments. He threatened that he would not fix the work unless I took down my reviews of him and Harold. I took them down as a show of good faith and he no showed again! In the last four months now I have been given numerous excuses as to why they have not finished the work. These have included weather, being too busy, not having any available time, not having enough workers, one of the owners having a child, and posting honest reviews of their work. To sum this up, I paid $3200 for a job that was promised to last 5-10 years and made it about eight months. Since my reviews Joe has now changed his stance saying that it must be resealed every year. Harold posted a comment online that he would send a crew to fix it, and they never came. You would be better off hiring literally anyone else to handle your housing needs. I will now be taking them to small claims court. Save yourself the trouble I have found myself in and simply don't hire them!

First, in the middle of building my wall/walkway, I was told that it's going to cost me another $2K on top of what he quoted me because apparently the wall needed to be bigger--how did you just realize this now? I gave him the benefit of the doubt since he seemed like a nice enough guy. And so we poured more money into it. The job altogether was close to 18k... that's a lot of money. We were told we can drive on the driveway like 4 days after they laid it down. Mind you, it was just laid down all in one day (later I learned that usually a driveway is put down over a period of time to allow sediments to settle etc.) but we're new home owners and trusted that James and his men were professionals and would do the right thing while we were at work. We waited an extra day after they told us we can drive and park our cars in the driveway. Our driveway SANK in all the spots our tires stood on. It was not done correctly and the asphalt looks terrible. I reached out to James and let him know what happened. He came back after I had to ask him several times to come make it right, and all he did was patch SOME of the show up as if they were potholes. Our new expensive two car driveway looks like a city street full of half ass job potholes filled incorrectly and other dips that he didn't bother to fix at all. I waited a few days and called him back to say that the driveway doesn't look right. He told me he would come fix it and redo it but that he was a little busy at the moment. Again, I gave him the benefit of the doubt.. waited and heard nothing. I called and called. I was told he went to Ireland for a family emergency and that he would get back to me when he is back. It has been two months now and I have not heard back. I thought about leaving a review warning others but due to the fact that it was a family emergency he was allegedly dealing with, I didn't. I waited. I called the number yesterday, and it was either out of service or changed or something. So here I am scammed out of money, with a shitty driveway. Do NOT give these people your business. I will see these guys in court for damages.

When they came back, within an hour... not only was it working again, I had my buns pressed right against that grill warming them up against this everlasting cold in NYS! LOL I have nothing but praise for my experience with them. I will be using them in the future for maintenance of my equipment. I recommend them.

I have finally beautified my cement foundation along my patio and the retaining wall of my driveway. Thanks to Build Rite Pro , at last I am enjoying the parts of my house that bothered me for years. Initially, I felt hesitant to use this company because of a few negative reviews on yelp; but after speaking with the owner, Harry who set my concerns at ease, working with the very responsive office manager Julio and the lead mason Giovanni, who was so nice and eager to please, I felt confident to pursue this project. And I am so glad I did! The workers were excellent, Giovanni knew exactly what I was hoping for and the cost was affordable. They came when they said they would, they kept me informed and the project was finished in the timeframe they said it would be. This is the worst experience and very unprofessional business. i signed a contract in April and gave this guy 9500 to buy brick and supplies and it's now June 5th he has not returned any calls or messages. this is how he treats his customers and scams them. My back yard looks like a construction site and it's been over a month I gave his mason contractor an additional 5000 which he has endless tried to reach and contact Harry to no avail. I had my basement recently redone and Harry and his crew did an amazing job but they were in and out within four weeks and surpassed my expectations. Usually most contractors say they're going to be four weeks and they end up being 10 weeks or more but he actually stuck to the plan and his crew Was very thorough and clean.
