First, in the middle of building my wall/walkway, I was told that it's going to cost me another $2K on top of what he quoted me because apparently the wall needed to be bigger--how did you just realize this now? I gave him the benefit of the doubt since he seemed like a nice enough guy. And so we poured more money into it. The job altogether was close to 18k... that's a lot of money. We were told we can drive on the driveway like 4 days after they laid it down. Mind you, it was just laid down all in one day (later I learned that usually a driveway is put down over a period of time to allow sediments to settle etc.) but we're new home owners and trusted that James and his men were professionals and would do the right thing while we were at work. We waited an extra day after they told us we can drive and park our cars in the driveway. Our driveway SANK in all the spots our tires stood on. It was not done correctly and the asphalt looks terrible. I reached out to James and let him know what happened. He came back after I had to ask him several times to come make it right, and all he did was patch SOME of the show up as if they were potholes. Our new expensive two car driveway looks like a city street full of half ass job potholes filled incorrectly and other dips that he didn't bother to fix at all. I waited a few days and called him back to say that the driveway doesn't look right. He told me he would come fix it and redo it but that he was a little busy at the moment. Again, I gave him the benefit of the doubt.. waited and heard nothing. I called and called. I was told he went to Ireland for a family emergency and that he would get back to me when he is back. It has been two months now and I have not heard back. I thought about leaving a review warning others but due to the fact that it was a family emergency he was allegedly dealing with, I didn't. I waited. I called the number yesterday, and it was either out of service or changed or something. So here I am scammed out of money, with a shitty driveway. Do NOT give these people your business. I will see these guys in court for damages.

My pellet stove just died! I was really hoping it could be fixed. Two gentlemen came and worked on my equipment (they really tried to bring it back to life but the thing was just too far gone). They ordered the part, we set up a new date to install it, so that by a week later they were right back to finish the job and install the part (a blower). When they came back, within an hour... not only was it working again, I had my buns pressed right against that grill warming them up against this everlasting cold in NYS! LOL I have nothing but praise for my experience with them. I will be using them in the future for maintenance of my equipment. I recommend them.
