They used Mail innovations to ship my Cpu. they used a horrible sketchy uninsured mail service known for losing items, to ship my cpu.

Took forever with this stupid "fraud protecting" site that looks like a scam, delayed payment and shipping causing me to not be able to get my item next day even though that is what i paid extra for and needed, was WAY to insistent that i can cancel my order when i called for help. only good thing was the price and even that was beaten by another place. read more

I recently had an issue with a SSD Drive that was purchased from Platinum Micro, and I must say the customer service agent Lena, was an absolute Gem. She immediately help me process the return to get the process started, plus going through the records to ensure I had a valid claim so I wouldn't encounter any difficulties. So those of that need agents like her, just know you couldn't find better. We encounter some issues with the manufacture replying in a timely manner, again she stepped in and took care of business, it's funny how they wouldn't respond to me, but when she stepped things happened almost instantly, like I said this is the type of customer service agent we hope and dream we will find. Mr. Lee, Nat and staff are just great! I have been dealing with them for about 15 years (I am an IT Pro) and they come through every time. I have always built my own computers and they are very, very helpful in that capacity. Lately, I have been buying laptops and accessories and they shine here as well. This company is terrible. It's a scam. I recently purchased items from this company on ebay where they were stupid enough to mis-list an item and I bought it. Because of their incompetence they decided to act like they were shipping the item and then just not actually ship it. After the delivery date I sent a message to the company regarding my item and they said "the package may have been lost in transit." which is not true. UPS tracking is smart enough to know that if they haven't gotten the item they annotate that in the tracking. It's hard to say that an item was "lost" when the person losing it does not have control of the package. I've reported the company to ebay.com, the BBB, and other places, and I don't plan on stopping any time soon. These idiots are not to be trusted, and I hope their terrible actions catch up to them and the business closes down, because they're obviously not good at doing literally anything. read more

This company goes by another name as well, AAAWave... and are The absolute worst. Tried everything I could to place an order over the phone but they refuse to take phone orders.. in person only, which I could not do. I then came up with the solution of placing the order online and having a courier pick it up for me. No go... they said if I place the order online, then they HAVE to ship it to me. "HAVE TO" they said. Even if it's sitting right there in their warehouse. Makes no sense whatsoever. Tried to give them my business and they literally refused me. Absolutely the worst... Don't Trust that your package will arrive on time or for a reasonable price. Their idea of expedited shipping is nearly 2 weeks. When we asked for a refund for a reduced price of the shipping. Fat Chance. I asked to speak to a manager whom the customer service person was talking to and magically the manager is on lunch and remained so for the rest of the day.. OMG forget buying from these guys.. Purchased 5 hard drives from them. They advertised a 5- year warranty. One of the disk stopped working after the 30 day-return policy. The said I should contact Seagate to exchange the disk since it was under warranty. When I contacted Seagate they told they wouldn't honor the warranty since these drives were not sold to Platinum directly, but to an OEM and they're not even an authorized Seagate reseller. So basically they got these units second hand from companies like (HP, Dell, etc) and resell them without even knowing if they have a valid warranty. Their customer service is horrible. Was put on hold to close to an hour without any explanation by a very rude woman with heavy Asian-accent. After a month and a half issue is not resolved yet.
