I had brought in my PS5 to replace the HDMI port as I had known that that was the reason why my game wouldn't show on the screen. The gentleman helping me instantly understood and told me it would be a day's worth of work, but since I had brought in the PS5 on Saturday I'd be able to pick it up on Monday as he is closed on Sundays. No problem, I got a phone call before 11:30 am today and had no issues whatsoever picking up my PS5 even though I had forgotten the receipt!!!! Quick service is the only thing separating this place from 3 stars vs. 1 star. Quality of iPhone replacement batteries is subpar. Brought in a phone for repair and within a few months, the maximum battery capacity had dropped from 100% to 90%. Less than one year later, it's at 80% and the battery is having a hard time keeping proper charge. Before I realized the inferior battery quality issue, I had brought in a second iPhone not long after the first, and had similar results. Capacity is down to 80% less than one year later. The cost is not much cheaper than going into an Apple store, which I wish I had done, as I am going to have to do anyway, as the batteries will have to be replaced yet again. read more

My daughters iPhone 11 Pro Max had been stuck with the Apple logo on her cellphone for approximately 2 days until I decided to take her phone in to iG Repairs. Their customer service was outstanding! Not a fan of overpricing a phone screen repair, especially when the price is more than the phone's worth at this point. On average, people pay $80 to fix an iPhone screen. iGadget charged more than double that for my Windows phone. That tells me one of two things. To make it worth their time, they wanted to overcharge me, otherwise they didn't want to bother. I'm just one customer, their service may have been good for others, but I am not in agreement with the "affordable prices" fanfare. read more

Second time here and fully satisfied. Accidentally walked in when I was servicing my car next door. Oscar fix d my iPhone and totally sold me on a good case that he said was bulletproof. Lol. After talking to him he mentioned that he goes other gadgets. I recently brought him my point and shoot camera that wasn't working and my laptop that had a nasty virus.
