Never in my life will I go here again. Three weeks ago, I came in and had a full set done by a woman, and I absolutely loved them. Today, I went in for a fill and polish, and my experience was completely different. I got a gentleman who seemed unwilling to do anything I asked. He only wanted to paint the entire nail one color. When I asked for a design (which they advertise), he kept saying no. I then asked for a simple French tip, and he told me my nails were "too old and bad." Keep in mind--these nails were done here just three weeks ago, and I came in specifically to have them filled and refreshed. It gets worse. After filing, I wasn't even allowed to wash my hands, so when he painted them, there was dust all over my nails. The final result is honestly embarrassing--there's debris stuck in the polish and even gunk left under my nails. You can't even fully see it in the photo, but they are also extremely blurry and cloudy. I have never had my nails look like this in my life. To top it off, I was charged $40 for a fill that is listed as $25. I wouldn't mind paying more for quality work, but paying extra for something I now have to go somewhere else to fix is beyond frustrating. What makes this even more disappointing is that I work with a lot of people, and after getting my nails done three weeks ago, everyone kept asking where I went. I raved about this place, and several people from my job even went there because of my recommendation. It's really upsetting that now I have to show them what I walked out with today and tell them to find somewhere else. The entire experience felt rushed and rude. Every request I made was met with "no" or "pick something else," and then I was insulted about the condition of my nails--which they did in the first place. Be careful coming here. My daughter went into this nail salon today to get a full set of nails put on. She NEVER gets anything done for herself. Pampering yourself and getting a service done should be relaxing a stress free. She has small nail beds and the nail technicians were....how would I describe it....fingernail shaming her because of how small her nail beds are. The technicians kept trading places....she ended up just going elsewhere. There is no room at any service oriented establishment for this type of behavior or anywhere to be honest. It's just bad business. I talked to the owner, she offered to do her nails for free. We declined the offer, it's not about getting something for free. It's about how they make you feel. The service was good. My pedicure was great but they can not do nails and only like to so simple looks like French tip or just color. Didn't know that walking in there. My nails are crooked and not the same lengths and they have a weird dip to them. I'm just overall not happy especially with the prices I paid. I will not be going back. read more

I was told that I had an appointment at 4 PM. I came in. There was still three people in front of me getting their nails done and a person that came after me that got their nails done before I even got into a chair. After an hour of waiting, I finally got into my chair. I have never gone anywhere where they didn't push back and cut my cuticles before they did my acrylics. I can officially say that I have been somewhere where they don't. The two other women came in while I was sitting in the chair, complaining about how their appointment was at a certain time that they will not be getting service from them because they have to wait about three or four people in front of them. And then, after a long time of nobody talking to me as soon as the guy that was doing, my nails was done he tried to pressure me into getting a pedicure. read more

Always lies about the wait time!! Do not trust when they say just a few minutes!! Still here 40 minutes later waiting.

So glad I only paid $20 for a pedicure, because it was not good at all. The water was cold, he barely fixed my cuticles and scrubbed my feet then the polish job was awful too. The inside of the salon is nothing to be desired either. read more

This place is a horrible place to get your nails done.not only can they not paint or clean up nails They are rude. They yelled at me and my sister and cussed at us and made us leave before our nails were dry all because we asked them to clean up around our nails. Asked for a pink French pedicure. Got the french not the pink! Which seemed too much for Linh to do. She seemed bothered the whole time she did the pedicure. Not worth the money I paid. The only reason this salon deserves one star is because of Sam who was delightful to hear interacting with other customers. read more

My mom has gone here a lot more than I have. I've gotten two pedicures there when they've had specials, and they do a good job. They don't get grossed out by feet, offer suggestions to take care of your feet, and they're nice. It's not a top-knotch salon or anything, but it's nice for simplicity. My mom has been there quite a few times to get her nails done. She seemed very pleased with the technicians. I find the owner just a little standoffish, but my mom seems to enjoy his conversation. I'll return when they have another pedicure special. read more

The technician Nicole was wonderful I would return to her any day. The owners were rude to another customer and I was turned off by this behavior. They made her feel unwanted and would not service her for her hair appointment. She was a repeat customer but apparently they no longer do hair. I am troubled by the way she was treated and will not return. I hope Nicole finds a better establishment to use her wonderful personality and talents. read more
