I like the set up of the bounce house because it has a bunch of foldable chairs in front where you can keep a close eye on your child/children. My family got there around 1:45pm and spent 3 hours walking, enjoying the time seeing my nephew on the various rides. They have a concessions where you can get pizza, drinks, ice cream, coffee, etc. The play area is large... there are around 6 giant bounce houses with slides and obstacles. The moment that crossed the line for me was when a staff member grabbed me by the shoulder to get my attention. There is simply no reason for an employee to put their hands on a guest. It was completely inappropriate and made me feel very uncomfortable. If you're looking for an indoor play place for your children, I would recommend considering other options. Based on my experience, the customer service here was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude, which took away from what should have been a fun day for the kids.

The facility has its own parking lot. There is plenty of parking and there is also parking available outside. Once inside the place is split in two. One half is for gym/physical training. There are some gym machines set up with weights as well. I have seen some soccer teams train here for strength and endurance training. On the other side is a nice sized field for 5v5 soccer. It is well maintained and very well lit. There's plenty of space to train and it is blocked off. There are plenty of tables and chairs to watch whoever is playing. There is a large TV mounted on the wall for you to watch soccer games. Great place for parties and events. They have a snack bar as well with reasonably priced drinks and snacks. Beside my sons training I would love to have a birthday party here. Well worth it.

This was such a unique set up in that there were areas for the kids like normal, amongst all the regular arcade games, but there was also a full bar and area with pool tables, etc. I really liked that the trampoline area was split into age groups AND that they were supervised by a staff member. These types of places are notoriously unsafe, partially due to the inherent danger of trampolines, but also because of the difference in age and size of the kids in one area. I felt like my 4-year-old was safe, and that the "toddler" trampoline area was perfect for her age. Another great thing was the food. We had pizza and croquettes, and everyone raved about how good the food actually was which was unexpected for it being a kid play place. Some of us also had margaritas, and that was also great and they did not skimp on the alcohol. (This made sense later when I realized it was an actual bar). The downsides, and the reason I am giving it 4 stars: 1. Most of the staff at the front desk, of which there were many people, were not friendly. At least 5 were standing there at the "party check in" as I waited, looking at them. None of them looked at me or made eye contact, including a girl typing away at the computer in front of me. I realized later there was a designated party check in person, but any of the other girls could have acknowledged our existence and let us know that person would help us. (The party check in person was super friendly, fortunately, and very helpful). 2. Several of the game machines were broken or not functioning, and even the machine to check balance and add of the card was out of order. 3. The games were expensive. I'm used to having unlimited play game cards for birthday parties, but this one was limited to 500 pts... which sounds like a lot until you realize the claw machines are 50, and some other ones we did were 36 a pop. It goes by super fast! 4. Our friend's party was at 2pm, and set up was supposed to start at 1, but the team wasn't ready. So my friend was setting up her party as it started at 2 pm.
