They were great when we purchased our hot tub, but if you need products, etc. you might go somewhere that is actually open.

I have gotten end of May thru most of June invoices and they equal almost $2,000.00. His prices for chemicals and a filter are several times more then you could purchase the exact same items yourself. You get bills emailed and they say past due before you ever get them. I have even gotten a $30 late charge. I will never use them again and would highly recommend you find someone else.

Company is going down hill. I had great service for several years until now. I wanted to seed this…read moreyear and the timer they installed for me quit working. I called to have them come out and look at it and they made it sound like the problem was on my end by telling me my well may be dried up or my pump is bad. I reviewed and nothing was wrong on my end. I called back after loosing 2 weeks of seeding apportunity and someone did come out. They were there about 3 minutes and I was billed a service call of 85.00 that I refused to pay. Therefore, because I refused to pay this when not told I was going to have a extra charge this company refused to winterize my system for the season and left me up hanging to locate another service to have this done. I would not recommend this company. Most companies try to make things work. Not this one!!!

We hired TenderCare for our pool service because the people who owned the house before us used…read morethem. We were ignorant of the fact that TenderCare subcontracted to a man named Shawn Estell. When we needed work done above basic maintenance (per Shawn), Shawn gave us a quote and asked us to pay him directly. We didn't think anything about this until we discovered he had given us bad information in advising a pool liner be replaced when it could have been repaired. We also found him saying we needed repairs done that he had also done the previous year AND repairs that I knew the home owners before us had accomplished. The ropes for the pool cover were replaced three times in three years. The motor was repaired twice in three years, the cover replaced once and repaired once in two years, and the pool liner was replaced twice in five years. The work he did do was not done correctly and ultimately we hired another pool company to fix it. Shawn charged us $500 for pool chemicals to maintain the pool all summer and didn't even put in chemicals to start up the pool when the liner was replaced. When I contacted TenderCare, they did not stand behind Shawn's work at all but claimed he was a very good pool guy but that was between us and him. To me they are just a culpable for his shoddy work.
