When we contacted the store they very simply could have referred us back to the manufacturer or asked us to bring it in to them so they could work it out with the manufacturer (usually standard procedure). Instead, the owner personally came to our house outside of town, fixed the issue, and made sure it was working right before he left. 100% of our grilling purchases big and small will be made here.

Then that popcorn girl started our refund request on coffee that was marked $13.99 but rang up $15.99. The manager returned and I walked over to show the sign and sale. He looked and said the sale was over . I said the sign was up and it says $13.99 (in huge numbers). Nope. He reaffirmed it was $15.99 though the sign said $13.99. He was not friendly. No apology for the sign being up etc. So I asked for a return/refund. Back to the unfriendly pop corn lady. Meanwhile, this whole time, the man in line behind me stood waiting. HIs order was originally run up in the middle of mine. This is not the first time we have tried this store and not the 3rd time it ruined my day. Except for the young man who was sweet (who left - removed tray in cash register to change out for the popcorn lady) - the rest were all unfriendly/rude. A Friendly Atwoods is Derby. We've decided we don't deserve to be treated rudely, so will try to go to Derby vs. Andover location. Sad.

At $1.69 a roll, it is cheaper than human wrap in the pharmacy, Walgreen's or anywhere else "sticky" wrap is sold. ( At about $4-$6 a roll and not as wide. ) Bonus: horse wrap comes in a variety of colors! I noted that wrap now comes in a 4-pack, which was even more economical. My daughter selected the camouflage, which was agreed upon by all of us for now and future wrapping. I noted the current price on bird food for future purchase. We didn't really have time to shop. We just grabbed and went. Next time...

A few weeks later they called to say it was in and I could come pick it up. I've been to the East store 3 times over several weeks time and every time they say it's at the West store, I live East side and got my tub there and told them I didn't want to drive across town to get it. Each time they said they would transfer it to the East store. Last time in I told them they can just deliver it sine they can'tseem to get their act together. It's.been almost another week now and still haven't heard anything. I'm sure I'll have to contact them again. Very poor customer service...its like once they sold me the tub it's a very low priority to take care of it. I wouldn't buy another one there.

He is Hispanic and has an accent though speaks English well. The male employee in the power tools department completely dismissed him. He literally walked away from him mid-sentence. He was rude and dismissive. My white husband went in a few hours later. Same tool-- same issue. He was assisted well and even got help. It was a completely different experience. I have called corporate to make them aware of his Ace is allowing their store to run business. The irony is-- their helpline is outsource to a Latin-American country. The person who spoke to me had an accent as thick as my father's. He spoke to me with attention and respect.
