This system was worked on last year and the lt replaced the pump and floats then. When I got home I tested the parts and found the pump and floats worked fine. The control panel needed a $30 part and there was a weak circuit breaker that needed reset. This company charged my wife $1350 to "fix" the septic system. They didn't troubleshoot or they wanted to just sell a new system. Retail cost on parts is about $500. They charged $820. For parts that weren't even needed I won't ever do business with this company and would be careful. If you chose to.
