Because I'm only off feom work on weekends she initially told me they couldn't come the day I needed which was a Saturday. She soon after told me she could make an exception and schedule me for the following day, Sunday even though they are closed on Sundays. I could tell she was only all about getting my money but I still booked with them. The day of my cleaning the cleaners were supposed to come at 2pm which was really late for a cleaning but I still went with it. Around 2:15pm I received a call from mary saying the guy had car trouble and would be there around 3pm and would be alone. My house is pretty big so I knew I needed at least 2 people. The guy didn't arrive until after 5pm but he did have a female with him. They weren't very professional from the start and barely spoke as if they didn't want to be there. I still let them clean. I walked around my home with them and told them everything I needed done. They did the bare minimum and it was a poor job and they literally didn't do anything I asked. I should've just saved my money and cleaned my own home. Mary charged me $250 even after the cleaners were 3 hours late and did a poor job.
