Eventually, I got them to come out and fix what they had broke, and one of their employees attempted to send me an invoice for them coming out to fix what they had broke. Next, come to find that they had also damaged my irrigation system when they were putting in the new septic system. I reached out to Brandon to see what he would like to do about this situation, and received no response. It has been just short of a month now, And I have left multiple voice and text messages for Brandon, but have received no response. I had to pay another company to fix the damage done by B2 Septic. I have also reached out to Brandon in attempts to be Reimbursed for what I was charged for another company to fix the damage B2 Septic caused, and yet again, still have not heard a peep back from him.... This lack of accountability shown by Brandon truly reflects badly on this company, and their unwillingness to communicate with a customer who has complaints about damaged property caused by B2 Septic shows what kind of business they are and the depth of their character.

Don't be fooled by his 'free estimates' or 'free service calls' It's true, he will physically drive out to your location without expecting to be paid. But once he's at your house, he'll tell you that your problem could be anything, coming from anywhere, and he won't lift a finger until you pay him $500 UPFRONT to authorise his 'discovery.' (If that's not what a service fee is I don't know. BTW those are usually about $75...) We asked him if that covered the repair as well. He answered that it did not. The price for the repair would be a separate, ongoing process that could only be determined after the discovery. He alluded that the whole house might have massive water problems. (We later found out that it was just a little pin-hole leak in a single pipe.) While we were discussing whether or not to accept this outrageous 'service fee,' Cooper and his assitant shouted from the garage that 'This job just won't work out. Sorry!' I told him that this was surprisingly unprofessional. But he got in his van and drove off just the same. In conclusion, Cooper Plumbing has some very suspicious sales tactics that remind me of the Agents who charge you upfront to represent you. A massive red flag that I recommend avoiding.

They left me without gas or hot water for 4 days! Thomas couldn't figure out what the problem was even though Atmos labeled all the leaks. He cut a hole in my wall and left! He said I needed "parts" but the warehouse was already closed. I called the office multiple times to get an update, cost of repairs etc and kept being told someone would call me back. I called another company who said that a permit was never pulled for my house and it has to be done when Atmos cuts you off, new company came out had me fixed within a hour because I didn't need "parts",the city inspector came out the same day too. After my repairs were completed by another company I got a quote from Hawkeye for 3 times the amount it actually cost to get fix! Be aware and stay away from this place.
