Let's start with Aesthetics. The front waiting area--Am I the only one who sees how grimy and dirty the couches are? Please refrain from sitting, you've been warned. A particular female (won't name names) is rude, plain and simple and most of the staff are. I was lucky enough to be in this establishment when an argument broke out. I don't care who you are or how right you claim to be--your customers are your business! It's a simple concept. Treat them rudely and unprofessional and you'll continue to lose business. Rates are high and they rarely offer any real type of special outside of cutting pricing when you buy more. Where are your Spring/Summer and winter specials? Loyalty programs? Specials on single visits? Not worth the visit. I won't be returning and a few other I know that go here have stopped as well. read more

NEVER GO HERE! There are so many better options in the area with quality service and workers with customer service skills.

Called to ask about packages, the first time she said "platinum tan" and nothing else, placed me on hold immediately.. ok, rude. Hung up after waiting for a WHILE. Second time no answer at all 5 minutes later. Third time incredibly rude employee. Customer service is everything, I won't even give this place a chance now. Executive was always excellent, this place sucks now. Happy to take my business elsewhere. read more

This tanning salon is amazing! Super clean, great service, and they actually change out the bulbs in the beds consistently!!! Always a great experience here - ignore the negative reviews. The owner is wonderful and there are plenty of options for beds, stand ups, spray tan, and always accomodating if the bed I want is in use. Couldnt imagine going anywhere else. read more

I go here all the time. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices aren't too bad. Overall pretty clean. Only complaint, I have spent a lot of money over the last couple years going here, but their hours aren't correct. They don't always open at 9am, and they close early often. I work late, and liked the 9pm close time because I could leave work at 8, and still be able to get a session in. I would drive all the way there, and they'd be closed at 8:35. I use to be a customer at Body Bronze on Amherst Street in Nashua. I went to go one day any they were closed for good, without ever knowing this was going to happen, So I called there number and it said to call Executive Tan. I like to use the ultra-bronze bed, which is about $35 a session. So I went to the new place they were sending their clients to. When I got there the nice guy at the desk told me that they did get that bed from the salon down the street and it has not been hooked up yet. He said it should be up in running with in about 10 days. He was very nice to me and gave me a free tan in a stand up booth. I'm not really a fan of those. I would rather go in a really nice bed like once a week and pay a good amount for a very dark tan that I would never get burnt in. So about 2 weeks later I called them to book an appointment to use the ultra-bronze and he had said it still was not hooked up. I didn't the same thing about 1 week later as well and he said the same thing. So summer came and I sit outside to get a tan. Today was a rainy day and it has been about 3 months since I had gone tanning. I went to the place and it was 9:00 AM, I was going to get in a nice tan in the ultra-bronze before work. I needed to be quick. I waited in the parking lot until 9:15 still not open . The sign on the door said 9-8. This place has not lived up to Body Bronze. I love that bed and I'm not even sure if its hooked up yet or if this place is open. read more

This is the worst tanning salon I have ever experienced. The staff and owner are very rude and most of the tanning beds look dirty and have bulbs that are broken. I payed for a vip month package and the whole bottom of the tanning bed was broken the whole time that I went there and they did not fix it. The girl at the counter told me to flip over half way through. I asked to use a different bed but they wouldn't let me unless I paid extra every time even though the bed I had paid for was clearly broken. They also would not let me cancel my membership and told me that I hadn't paid for enough months even though I had paid for the two required months, the girl working there said she couldn't access the records and she had no number or way for me to contact the owner or manager. Do NOT go to this tanning salon. You will be disappointed! read more

This salon is always clean and the staff is super friendly! I can always find something cute in their boutique and it's the perfect place to get a last minute gift or gift certificate. Now they are offering teeth whitening, I've had my first session and can't wait to go back. So grateful for the new owners and all they've done to update this place! read more

I've tanned off and on for years, I've been to lots of tanning places tryed lots of different types of tanning . Spray tan , beds and booths . I've been going to this salon for about 8 years with a few owners. Rochelle was great when she first took over but over the last year this salon has gone conpeletely down hill!!! I can't wait for my package to be over! I will not be going back. read more

The bed on their mid range package is broken so the top doesn't stay up it just keeps closing on you. It's really hard to get out of the bed. I told them this and their response was "no one else has a problem with the top coming down except for you." I had bought a package that included this bed, and I was on my second to last last visit (because I hadn't tanned on the package in almost a year) on that package when I noticed the bed was broken, so I asked if they could upgrade me on my last visit on the package to the next level up bed just so that I didn't feel uncomfortable with the top closing down on me, and she said no I would have to pay the upgrade price. The beds here are extremely old and flimsy and don't work well. The shop itself is pretty decent. But the people who work here are awful. read more

Very disapointed after my visit tonight. I went in @825 hoping to get a spray tan like I have done every other visit here. I have been to this location numerous times at this time and have always enjoyed the girl working. She was pleasant, friendly and did a great job. The rude girl at the desk tonight stated she could not do the spray tan because they were closing @9 & stated she had no one to watch her son. She told me to make an appointment next time. I have never had to make am appointment. I will never go back. If you want to close @830 please change your hours. Considering the spray tan takes about 10 minutes I got the impression this rude girl just wanted to hurry up and leave. It's sad because I always recommended this place to my friends to get a spray tan and now I would not send my worst enemy here. The girl I used to see here was great but this rude girl tonight ruined this place for me. Sorry executive tan you forever have lost my business read more
