Love the stand up beds, very strong...4 sessions in and I'm much darker, getting lots of compliments on my shade. Good location too, plenty of parking. First visit and I was extremely pleased with the ambiance ...the place just makes you happy - not to mention that it's immaculate They manage to offer everything from the obvious tanning go-to's, awesome lotions, jewelry, beautiful clothes, it's truly mind blowing as the space is very deceiving from the outside. They even have a Consignment Closet with quite a few brand name items and the prices on everything- including the brand name lotions are incredible! I've been to a tanning salon right down the street from here and the prices were literally triple what they are going for here...just goes to show they actually appreciate their customers and chose wisely not to price gouge them. TONS of beds, stand up booths, spray tanning...you name it they've got it!! Most importantly was the impression that the Customer Service Representative named Lex left me with. This woman is not only stunningly beautiful and smart but between her outgoing personality, extensive knowledge of everything from the products to the tanning beds to what clothing would look best for my body i felt as though I was talking to a friend as opposed to someone I just met! It's just a fun atmosphere with everything you could possibly need and I can guarantee you that you will walk in there smiling and you'll leave there not only with a smile but a great tan, some new items if you dare to look around as they've got something for everyone, and if you get as lucky as I did, a great new friend . What a beautiful, but inviting new business! My boyfriend and I rented a hot tub through El Caribe and it was an awesome, romantic experience. The owner/manager was very accomodating, getting the room set up in a tasteful, romantic fashion with candles and tropical elements. The hot tub itself was amazing; was bubbling the full hour. The hot tub room is private, but if need be, call the frong desk for anything and the owner will be right over to assist you. And in Valentine's spirit, she also gave us chocolates at the end of our session. Excellent experience. Will be back to use the hot tub again and also the other amenities provided (tanning, boutique and group gatherings for different wellness needs). read more

Best salon I have ever been to! The prices are so low, sessions ranging from $5.50-$13.25. Lotions as low as $20-$60. The salon is always immaculate and the bulbs are changed frequently. If I could have given this place a negative star rating, I would have. This business should be shut down and I wouldn't be surprised if you could or would contract a skin disease from the fact they do not clean the beds at all! If you would like to take a chance with your health and wasting your money then go ahead but, this is a fair warning not to waste your time or money on this place and their outrageous rip off deals. Aside from being dirty, customer service is horrible. The beds are old with burnt out lights. If you are looking for a half body tan then this is your place, the beds are not efficiently tanning your body if the majority of the lights are burnt out! DO NOT try this place. DO NOT give a place like this business, the manger is ripping off the customers with half ass beds, a very unhealthy and dirty atmosphere and poor customer service to only pocket YOUR hard earned money. Why not support a privately owned tanning salon or any other tanning salon that will give you what you pay for! read more
