I went in and brought a whole bin of clothes (probably 17-18 items) they gave me a bag back of clothes and said they wanted them just wanted them washed, mind you I didn't even wear barely any of the clothes I had brought them and I washed them right before I went there. after the fact today of going there to bring the bag of clothes they wanted JUST WANTED WASHED they took 4 out of the 8 items they wanted... then proceeded to give me $15 (I don't mind right) not tell I get home and see eaten up chips and a bag inside my pants when I know for a FACT that wasn't they're before you bet I'm going there tomorrow and making them take the chewed up chips clothes and getting my money back and I even bought a sports bra from them after the fact I got the bag back and I'm making them exchange my money for it and I'm keeping the sports bra. never will I give business to them again. after two years of going and giving them business RUDE! read more

Many options and good prices. Selling is eh, owner can be not very friendly or in my opinion lacks customer service. One thing I hate about these places is how the clothes you sell to them you make about a %10 profit of what they'll make (you get a $1 they sell it for $10) and those they don't want they act like you gave them rotting garbage and are appalled you even considered trying to sell them. I had an instance were a they didn't want a swimsuit at closet mentor and suggested Plato's and then the owner was like yeah I've seen this item before at my other store and I didn't want it there. read more

Overall a poor experience. I drive 3 hours to take my stuff there to sell. There is one sign at the counter that says "must have ID to sell." I spoke with the lady working and she explained the process. I leave my stuff there and they will text me once they have gone through it. I asked how long it would take and explained i'm from out of town and won't be here all day. She said a few hours. And that was it. No problem. I spent the next 4 hours doing nothing waiting for them to be done. I finally got the text, went back only to find out they hadn't even bothered going through them because they didn't seem like they had been washed beforehand. (They weren't dirty but hadn't been washed recently) After mentioning I was from out of town you think the first thing she would ask was if they were freshly washed or not since it's a rule before they will even look at it, instead of wasting 4 hours of my time unnecessarily. I could have taken them to the laundry mat and washed it all in an hour and been back. Common sense would tell you to mention that first. I took it all back home, washed it, drove 3 hours again the next week and now they aren't accepting any clothes. Wow. I was relying on this sale. Had I been notified in the first place about the freshly washed rule this could have all been avoided. How is that not the first thing you ask when someone drops off clothes? Why is there not a sign? Brought 3 pairs of shoes equally adding up to $200. They offered $23. The lady said they pay 50-75% of retail value, which would mean I should have walked out of there with a minimum of $50. This place is the biggest joke I've ever seen . read more

My wife bought some fashion jeans for me there while I was at work, I tried them on and they didn't fit, so next day took them back and they wouldn't return the money she paid for them. Paid almost $80 for them and ended up SELLING them back to them for $17. There reason was the tags weren't attached anymore and I may have wore them. I said I would show them they didn't fit, had receipts and was even same person my wife purchased them from. I just looked at her and said " Isn't this a used clothing store in the first place? She purchased them PRE-WORN!" We have never gone back again! read more

Umm pretty sure I love this store! All the people working there are so helpful. They have great customer service!! This would probably be one of my favorite places to shop. I go in there and everyone is so friendly and so wiling to help you find anything. The store is so clean and organized too. They have everything sized and colorized so beautifully.
