Excellent selection of secondhand clothing, shoes, and bags! I love how this store was organized by size and grouped by color! My mom got a ton of cute dresses from here. There was also a bunch of brand names like Pink, American Eagle, Michael Kors, Kate Spade and more. The prices were higher compared to the typical Goodwill, but Plato's curates the selections so I feel like you're paying for that extra work that they do. Worst Plato's closet I've ever been to. They can't even read the tag of a shoe correctly to determine if it's a men's or a women size. The store is sloppy and the workers are rude. They wouldn't even let me buy a sweatshirt that's already been tagged and censored that nobody had claimed. read more

called on the phone to see if there was a on trading clothes so I new clothes for a job. They said no and I explained what I had they said bring it drove an hour and a half to bring clothes to them just for them to turn me away at the saying it takes over two hours. I took a basket of my daughter's clothes she doesn't wear anymore. They call me 10 minutes after I dropped off. They told me they had to pass on my clothes because they are only looking for teenage clothes. All of the clothes were folded the same way I put them in there.... I travel a lot, and I've visited many different Plato's but, I must say this was the second worst in my opinion. Their selection of clothes and accessories were old and overpriced. The employees were not friendly and not familiar with quality clothes. They had an old dirty Dooney and Bourke handbag that had mold and mildew on it for $30. I would not visit this location again. I've been buying clothes from here since it opened and I don't think I'll ever come back. The girl working tonight was extremely unwelcoming. I asked her for her name and she also refused. Management should have her fired immediately for speaking to a customer like that. She should be working somewhere that doesn't require customer service. To start. Rude staff. I explained to them the WALMART shorts were priced higher than the exact brand new pair and she said "soooo...? You want me to get my manager???" She walks to the back and comes back( i never spoke to or even saw a manager) and says yeah, there's no proof it's more expensive here than Walmart so they can't give you any type of discount. That's fine. Obviously I really wanted the shorts or I wouldn't be going through trouble if seeing a manager.. I was then 20 cents short and instead of letting it slide like a normal business would, I had to use my card. Very rude and unprofessional.. This location is terrible. The website asks for specific brands; Roxy, Billabong, Abercrombie etc. I bring in clothes by those brands in great condition and they will not take them. And the shelves are filled with Target brand crap and Forever 21. What on earth?! Also one of the Forever 21 tops still had the original tag in it and the Plato's closet tag was priced at a dollar more!!!!! This place is not what they claim to be. They're a disgusting example of a highly discriminatory business. They offer no service if you are disabled or have specific medical conditions. They have no training, don't observe laws, and have extremely ignorant employees. I can get old shitty clothes anywhere. Won't be here! read more

Waste of time to sell them items normally. I've tried several times it all depends on who is working on if they take many items... this time of year they are buying very little and almost nothing in men's clothing...staff is attractive but lacking personality, and helpfulness... I had several men's suits, that were dry cleaned, they told me they were too stained. Sorry I thought this was a second hand store? I m finding its worth more to donate to caring and sharing, goodwill, etc than go here. The tax credit is worth more than the pennies on the dollar they generally offer.
