Hi Melanie. That is a blatant lie. I am including my refund receipt from PayPal dated April 30th. It shows my purchase and paid date of April 18th. Your offer for a discount on a future purchase is laughable. Why would I send more money to a company that never sent my item and refused to refund me and answer my messages? I had to get eBay involved and they issued my refund based on your negligence. Think carefully before giving this business your hard earned money. 0 stars would be more appropriate. read more

This store is a wonderful, from the staff to all the designer merchandise. The selection of Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, and Prada is a must see. My sister in law was in from New York and we purchased a Gucci and Louis Vuitton bag for an amazing price. It was an exceptional experience and the staff are very helpful, and knowledgeable. Delighted with the new designer bag, purchased in Destin at LuxExchange. The staff was knowledgeable and able to answer my authenticity questions and the bag I bought was in great condition for a fraction of the cost of new one. I was so impressed with their clientele and offerings, I brought in 2 bags to consign with them. This store has a fantastic selection of gently used bags at affordable prices. The shopping center, City Market Bayside, that they are located in, had several other boutiques that I would suggest, as well. A fun day shopping at the unique shopping center. read more

Visited 5/28/19. This is by farrrrr the WORST "luxury" consignment store I've ever been in, and this is saying a lot considering I've lived in New Orleans, Los Angeles, and NYC where there are hundreds of very high-end resale stores. I'd imagine they'd have better employees and service at Dollar General and K-mart. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME coming here. I was referred here by my girlfriend who's bought several purses from your store, but I will be sure to let her know never to refer anyone else here or to return. On the way home from our Sandestin trip, we decided to stop at 11am when the store opened. Mind you, I had $3000 cash I just won at the casino that I was ready to blow... Went to open the door at 11am, locked, looked in the window and lights out. Ok, no big deal, it was exactly 11, maybe takes 10min or so for them to open. Went next door to the cute little store, bought some other things, by this point was 11:20. Go back to LuxExchange, still closed. Hmm. Ok let me go to another store. 11:30 recheck, still closed. Go back to the original store I visited, asked the cashier what's going on with LuxExchange, and she said "people always come in here asking why they aren't open." Suspicious. Go back for recheck, 11:40, still closed. Called. No answer. No hours on the voicemail. Get online to check hours, sure enough 11am-5pm posted right there on the website. Ok screw waiting, I need lunch by this point, I'm getting hangry waiting for this business to open. While at lunch, call several times (every 5min to be exact since I'm pissed by this point) to see if the store finally opened. MIRACULOUSLY at 12:37, someone picks up the phone. I decide to drive back to the store after lunch only due to my friend's recommendation. Found several purses I liked but was never approached, offered any help or recommendations (all while having to listen to the employee's wailing child who was handed cartoons, with the sound coming from under the counter by the cash register, playing louder than the dang background music). Finally after I was annoyed with the whole situation, I asked the lady who was suppose to open the store today and what time they actually got here. She came out from behind the counter appearing as if she just woke up, hair in a messy bun, in disheveled clothing, with a baby on her hip, replying, "umm I think around 11:30." My response, "no ma'am that's incorrect we waited here until 11:40, then called every 5-10min and didn't get someone on the phone until 12:37." Her rebuttal as she furrowed her brow and spoke with an attitude, "well I mean, we kinda just open whenever." SERIOUSLY?!? THIIIISSSS is how you are running a luxury boutique?!?! AWFUL. I had to laugh and walk out. You will never get a penny from me just on the sheer fact that your unprofessionalism is unfathomable. I will just take my money and go to the real Louis Vuitton store where I know they always treat you well. I would normally say "good luck" to the owner having that awful of employees, however I can't even do that. Your business deserves to close. read more

A great shop in the heart of Destin between the commons and the outlet malls. It fills a void in shopping in the area. There really are no high end boutiques or stores, and this is a great place to stop for a gift while on vacation. The owner and staff are super knowledgeable and friendly, and it's a great place to find Louis Vuitton, Chanel, etc... that are in great condition, but not quite as expensive as they are brand new. read more
