I didn't want to deal with that anymore. I research several different places online, and decided on Sugar Plum. Their consignment pricing is fair, I have lived in many different states, and found that the 40% that you get is pretty standard. I have never found it higher, and at times, much lower. I went to the store, and they took about half of what I had, they said to come back after April to bring them back, because they were more "summer." As I waited for them to go through my items, I browsed the store and found that they don't have a lot of plus size clothing, which actually works for me, because I intend to keep it stocked with my consignments. heehee They took five items on 3/4/18, and all but one top has sold. I called the store and asked about their payment policy; do I have to wait a certain amount of time? Will you mail me a check? Donna who answered the phone was extremely nice, and said that mailing it wasn't a problem, and it was my money, I could get it any time. I definitely plan to go back and bring more clothing and shoes to the store. It is such a relief to not have to worry whether a person on Ebay is going to be crazy or not!!!

She's running a business, and should treat any potential customers politely and with respect. Do not do business with this lady. I called to see if she would be interested in doing business with me, as I have several items that I would like to put on consignment. Before I could even tell her the details of my items, she quickly responded with "I'm not interested in anything you have." She then proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I'm an understanding person, and I get it if business is not good right now, but there's a right and wrong way to speak to people. In my opinion, she is not very good with customer service.

You can find anything from frozen vittles to threads to tractor signs to junk craft stuff to furniture to llamas and beyond. I bet you could find nine "live, laugh, love" signs here. I'm not sure how any of this works really. I just walk around with my wife and agree with her judgement on things. I make sounds and stuff. She comes here a lot without me too I think. She buys things for the kids all of the time. Recently, she found a dresser here for my Grands nursery. She told my kid about it and kid came to check it out and it was gone. I got the most kick ass owl ring here, I'm wearing it as I type this review. He inspires me. I spotted so many jewelry items I had to have, that eventually I realized it was everything with the exception of about 3 rings. The only reason they got left out was simply because I already own something just like it. The clothes here are simply fabulous as well. Very trendy, super gorgeous, and hella stylish. What I love most about it is that they have gone to the trouble of tearing out articles in magazines and framing them. All along the walls and near certain clothing items you can find an exact replica of the clothing on a celebrity. If you are like me, and find yourself endlessly tearing pages out of magazines in hopes you MIGHT find that skirt, dress, purse, etc somewhere- this is the place for you.
