I'll pop in here as needed since I'm in the area a bit, but I'd rather hold out for a QuikTrip (about a mile down the street, north on Roe) as they take better care of everything. Inside is small and cramped, and I don't believe there is a public restroom -- if there is, it's one of those that you get a key and go outside for. TL:DR; It's fine, but not the cleanest.

The other day, they had a special going, spend $50 at Hy-Vee, and get 25% off your gas. Well, heck yeah! There's a car wash across the street, and you can get a discount, as well, if you pay for it, or they give you a coupon at the gas station. Hmm...I do need my car wash, forgot about that yesterday. Inside the gas station is a small convenience store that would have 5 stars, 'cept the ATM isn't Community America, even though there's a Community America inside the Hy-Vee. I found out that once, by mistake....just don't plan on using the ATM in the gs station, if you use CACU. There's soda, and a small amount of warm food, a microwave, and clean bathrooms. I've found certain things that are for sale in the store, but not the gas station. They are priced different. So why is it a Hy-Vee Gas station? You'd think the same items are for sale at the gas station, and at the store? But, for the savings, the gas station is in a great location, and when I have spent a 1/4th of my paycheck on groceries, and get a nice percentage off my gas, you can't beat it.

The shelves were neat and organized, and it seemed like the owners and staff took high value in the store. Finally, a gas station that knows how to keep it clean. The kid keeps talking about the Sinclair station (don't ask me, she's a kid), so I guess we'll be back!

Made an appointment and headed down a few days later. Waited a while at the desk, I think they were a bit shorthanded that day. Either way, the guy who ended up taking my keys could not have been any more "all business" than he was. Gruff, short, to the point. I thought this area was bustling with a lot more coffee shops and stuff, but ended up walking a ways to try to find a spot for my call. By the time I was done, they were done and the price was fair. They replaced a flex pipe and that was that, about $95 out the door. Car sounds good! Do they offer a warranty? I don't know. Do they want me to come back in anytime? I doubt it! Do they explain anything? Not really! But again, what they lack in the everyday courtesies, they make up for with efficiency and value.
