Can't say this is the friendliest shop I've encountered, but they get the job done. I had an assumed exhaust leak, and saw their reviews and decided I need to re-explore this area of town anyhow. Made an appointment and headed down a few days later. Waited a while at the desk, I think they were a bit shorthanded that day. Either way, the guy who ended up taking my keys could not have been any more "all business" than he was. Gruff, short, to the point. I thought this area was bustling with a lot more coffee shops and stuff, but ended up walking a ways to try to find a spot for my call. By the time I was done, they were done and the price was fair. They replaced a flex pipe and that was that, about $95 out the door. Car sounds good! Do they offer a warranty? I don't know. Do they want me to come back in anytime? I doubt it! WE GOT ROBBED! Passing through Kansas City on a military move (PCSing) and these folks stole my catalytic converter right from I set my car! We weren't even in the state for 24 hours! I can laugh about it because it's unbelievable! How did they get a saw under there?! I mean a clean cut too! We called around, one shop the receptionist literally laughed in my ear when I asked to get it done the same day. This place was a heaven sent! My husband spoke with DAVID and we were able to get it in around 1pm. We found out we got robbed at 8:30am. He was so knowledgeable about the vehicle. The owner of Seeburg is aggressive and has poor customer service. Took in 2k Borla catback system to bolt on to GMC truck. After partial install I get a call that they won't remove factory exhaust tips because they are considered "body work". Quick google or YouTube video shows each side has 2 bolts, no body work necessary. He was argumentative and stood his ground. Not to mention, he should have known this was a possibility before 3/4 of install.. I took it half a$$ done and removed factory tips on my own and finished the job they started. Extremely honest shop! I was told about Seeburg by a friend, my exhaust had gotten louder and louder and figured it was time to have a new muffler installed. I gave them a call and they said they could fit me in. They put my Jeep up on the lift and came back in about 3 minutes later and showed me the problem. I was missing a little bit of hardware that held the muffler to the catalytic converter. They removed the bolts and put new ones in, all said and done about 5 minutes. It's not often you can find a place that will be honest and tell you that nothing is really wrong. They could have said I needed a new muffler and tailpipe but they didn't. I called and was able to get in the next morning. I have a 2014 Ford F-250 with a noisy exhaust and they told me to go to Seeburg. They are the only muffler place they recommend. Ford told me it may cost like $200 to have the resistor welded. I had no idea what the hell a resistor is. I got to Seeburgs about 10 min late and they took me right in. The tech came to get me to show me how the pipe had separated from behind the muffler. 20 minutes later, I was driving home after spending only $85! I just had a Walker dual exhaust "cat back" system installed at Seeburg on my 2003 Ford Crown Victoria. The overall installation was OK except for the tail pipes. One is noticeably higher and crooked as compared to the other one, to the point that it is almost invisible from the rear of the car. Part of the reason for having dual exhausts is the appearance and symmetry and mine are not even close. Seeburg was highly recommended to me by a fellow "car guy" friend because of their reputation for doing high performance installations but mine certainly did not turn out as expected. If I wasn't 71 years old and had a proper lift, I would have done the installation myself and it would have looked like it was supposed to. read more
