There are many choices for great food along the Belgian coast. We decided to have an outing to De Haan for dinner. Everything was great from start to finish; and by "start" I mean the quick email response to our inquiry about hours and availability. We got an almost instant reply to our email. Within a few minutes, we made a reservation with ease. The restaurant is right on the beach with wall to wall windows overlooking the North Sea. Staff are welcoming and very helpful. You should accompany your mussels by a Westmalle beer to reach the paradise. The journey wouldn't be complete without the Advocaat alcohol they serve at the end of the meal with the coffee, it's a mix of sugar, egg yolk and alcohol. As George would say: What Else?
