When I tried to call they went unreturned. My case was passed around to different case managers and attorneys, many of whom clearly had no idea what was happening. It was like starting over every time. They didn't know what was going on with the medical doctors they sent me to. Worse when I finally got to speak with someone about a settlement I was told they had tried to get in touch with me on my medical status when the doctor who they sent me to told me he had sent them all my medical information. This was in June 2025, 8 months after taking my case and months of doctors visits and physical therapy. Then they sent me a letter stating "AFTER CAREFUL REVIEW OF YOUR CASE, WE HAVE CHOSEN NOT TO PURSUE YOUR CLAIM FOR INJURIES" without any explanation of why. Then they had the nerve to say I only have 2yrs to pursue this case after making me think they were working on my case for 8 months. This is Unbelievable. If you've been hurt please find a law firm that will treat your case with the seriousness it deserves. Slocumb Law Firm did not. I wished I had read the reviews before signing with them. Now I see why they want you to sign quickly so you don't see all their negative reviews. They are all TRUE!!!!!!!!!?
