When I called to correct this, they said it will take 3-5 days to correct the order and 7-10 days to ship it to me. I was told by customer service, their website is set up to default to "ship to store" because as a company, they want the customers to come to the store... The whole reason to shop online is to avoid or an inability to visit a store and get your products shipped directly to you. I will NEVER shop at Sportsmans warehouse again as long as I live, and will tell every other sportsman I know "NOT TO SPEND YOUR MONEY AND VALUABLE TIME ON SPORTSMANS WAREHOUSE" I has simular experiences with them when I lived in Colorado If I could give them a zero stars, I would.

It is clear that Victoria truly loves helping people find footwear that matches their goals. I discussed what I was looking for, and Victoria took that information and turned it into a shoe-finding spree! She brought out at least four pairs for me to try. She even brought out some shoes that she thought I might like based on what we talked about. My husband started talking to her, and wouldn't you know it, Victoria brought out some shoes for him, too. She never made us feel rushed or like she was trying to get us out the door. She even helped several other people while we were trying on our shoes, and all of them left with smiles on their faces. The Basecamp is so lucky to have Victoria as a stellar employee. We, as consumers, are even luckier to benefit from her extensive knowledge about footwear. We will definitely return to the Helena Basecamp for any future footwear needs. The world needs more Victorias! I would have never seen these if he had not stopped to help. Very kind, very helpful. I bought my cow bell, two shirts and two gifts while I was there. Prices ranged from good to expensive, depending on what you are looking for. There's a large parking lot in front but no lines marked, so be careful parking!
