I had a lot of questions and they took the time to answer every one of them and not once did I feel as if I was being rushed. I shot multiple bows and really liked the one I purchased. Now, here is where they really shine. I needed some slight repairs after I damaged the bow. Archery season had just started. I sent them the bow and they fixed it that evening and shipped it back to me the next morning. I had the bow back in 4 days, ready to go hunting that weekend. This says more about their customer service than I can accurately articulate in words. I live just outside of San Antonio, TX and we have lots of archery shops here. High Desert is the only one I use and it is because of their incredible staff that I will continue to use them.

I probably could have found something…read moreonline but the fact remains that in-store purchases have only a single saving-grace quality: you can actually try the product before purchase. They were out of a few pairs of shoes that would have been my first couple of choices (Nike running shoes) so I decided to go the Adidas route and was satisfied with my purchase, no buyers remorse or regret. Do you really need 4 people during the morning shift? Oh wait I forget, most of these shoes are made in asianic sweat shops for pennies on the dollar and are resold for hundreds. Guess Michael Jordan can live with that fact when he banks 7% annual royalties from Nike for his Jordan brand. Anyways, decent spot with a bunch of hungry employees trying to make a sale... they aren't on commission, right??
