I hate driving to Niagara Falls, the traffic is horrible. I often get work done on my computer and the free on-board Wi-Fi is a nice touch. And, having an on board toilet is an added bonus for us older folk. It's costs $50, but you get $40 back in chips to play at the casino and if you play it right, like I did last time, the trip costs nothing. Staff were courteous and helpful. While they offer same day service, I recommend calling ahead to reserve a spot during summer months as busses can fill up quick.

All three of them don't drive, so they took a shuttle down from Pacific Mall, which is one of many pickup locations that you can choose from in the greater Toronto area. She said that the bus was punctual. They did the first bus leaving Pacific Mall. It was the summertime and the bus was air-conditioned. My mom doesn't have a cell phone, so I never bothered asking if it had wifi. She said that it was comfortable getting down there. Her tour package included the bus ride to and from the casino. There was also a deal where if you paid cash to load up a card to play the slots, you got the same amount to play for free. It's funny. I don't think my mom did a ton of gambling. Although I worked in the gaming industry documenting ticket redemption kiosks for three years, I also have no interest gambling. Like mother, like daughter. She did hit the buffet and liked the carvery area the best. She enjoyed having a decent meal and chatting with her friends. One word: Same! They were told to meet at a specific area outside of the casino at their departure time. The driver made sure everyone was accounted for before he drove everyone back to Markham. Although Safeway Tours is known for its shuttle service to and from Fallsview Casino, it also does longer tours. You can do a three-day tour that gets you to Ottawa and Montreal. There's also a seven-day tour to Las Vegas, San Diego, and Los Angeles. That tour includes air fare. Maybe when I'm retired and don't feel like curating my own tour itinerary, I'd consider giving Safeway Tours a try. My mom had a good experience, so I trust that I will, too. (497)

I've book a flight with this travel agency for a flight in december. In october, I was told that my son was able to leave earlier then he taught. (He's a student) He was traveling with Porters Airline but booked with Travelcuts. Don't ever think about doing the same. With Porter, it said that there was a 75$ fee. (Predictable) but Travelcuts charged me 175$ because they added a 100$ to change the date in my file! Even if my flight was the same price! Imagine. I've been traveling my entire life... I've never seen such a abomination! This is how they make money with students. We didn't make a change at the last minute...two months in advance! You might as well travel directly with Porter Airlines. I will never travel again with TRAVELCUTS.

"An Incredible Niagara Falls Tour... Just Don't Miss the Bus"…read more What a tour. Seriously, worth every dollar. From start to finish, this was an extremely professional and well-organized experience. The tour guide was knowledgeable, engaging, and kept everything moving smoothly throughout the day. One of the best parts is how convenient the pickup system is -- they have pickup locations near all the major hotels in Toronto, which makes the whole process incredibly easy for travelers. There are several add-on options for the tour, and I highly recommend three of them: 1. The boat ride into the falls 2. Journey Behind the Falls 3. The helicopter ride The helicopter ride especially is one of those "you only live once" experiences. If it's outside your budget, though, the boat ride and Behind the Falls are still more than enough to make for an amazing full day. One thing I'd personally skip is the tower stop. The views are fine, but honestly the tower in Toronto is much better. Now for the one major warning: the cancellation and rescheduling policy is brutal. Even if your flight is delayed or canceled and you provide proof, you are still out the full amount. No refund, no reschedule, no flexibility. We learned this the hard way after our flight got badly delayed. I contacted them hoping to move our booking to the next day and basically got told, "good luck and goodbye." That said... the story has a happy ending. We ended up sprinting through the airport, grabbing a taxi directly from the terminal to the pickup location, and arrived at 8:03 for an 8:00 AM pickup. I had been communicating with them during the chaos and they agreed to hold the bus for five minutes. We used three of those five minutes like it was the final scene of an action movie... but we made it. In the end, I absolutely recommend this tour. Just book carefully, maybe avoid scheduling it immediately after your arrival flight, or get travel insurance for peace of mind. If you plan ahead, you're going to have an incredible time with a professional, organized tour company at Niagara Falls.

Our Travel agent ended up paying for the tour herself which is really upsetting. We were at the double tree hoe 45 mins early on last Thrus ... two buses came by and picked up other patrons for the tour ... we kept asking the drivers and they said uiurnon the next bus twice ... left at the double tree no tour no bus for us ... talk to Alex and she said we needed to be at the dineen cafe ... never got the that email .... Leo tried to Make it right but ended up charging personally out agent .... Multiple errors were made ... and I don't understand why Alex did not send our bus to get us ????? We were right there waiting and the other bus drivers were clueless unhelpful and basically did not care to help us ... not right at all. I would have felt better about the end result had you guys not charged personally our travel agent. We were ready standing right there and it ended up costing another $400. We were there someone could have done better job helping us at the time. Ruined our day devasted sent back to hotel after we came all the way from California to go on your tour ..
