"An Incredible Niagara Falls Tour... Just Don't Miss the Bus" What a tour. Seriously, worth every dollar. From start to finish, this was an extremely professional and well-organized experience. The tour guide was knowledgeable, engaging, and kept everything moving smoothly throughout the day. One of the best parts is how convenient the pickup system is -- they have pickup locations near all the major hotels in Toronto, which makes the whole process incredibly easy for travelers. There are several add-on options for the tour, and I highly recommend three of them: 1. The boat ride into the falls 2. Journey Behind the Falls 3. The helicopter ride The helicopter ride especially is one of those "you only live once" experiences. If it's outside your budget, though, the boat ride and Behind the Falls are still more than enough to make for an amazing full day. One thing I'd personally skip is the tower stop. The views are fine, but honestly the tower in Toronto is much better. Now for the one major warning: the cancellation and rescheduling policy is brutal. Even if your flight is delayed or canceled and you provide proof, you are still out the full amount. No refund, no reschedule, no flexibility. We learned this the hard way after our flight got badly delayed. I contacted them hoping to move our booking to the next day and basically got told, "good luck and goodbye." That said... the story has a happy ending. We ended up sprinting through the airport, grabbing a taxi directly from the terminal to the pickup location, and arrived at 8:03 for an 8:00 AM pickup. I had been communicating with them during the chaos and they agreed to hold the bus for five minutes. We used three of those five minutes like it was the final scene of an action movie... but we made it. In the end, I absolutely recommend this tour. Just book carefully, maybe avoid scheduling it immediately after your arrival flight, or get travel insurance for peace of mind. We had to pay for this tour twice beacuse we did not get the pick up information there was only one email with no tickets attached. We called and talk to Leo and Alex .. Gave the them travel against information and as I understand it Leomwas now willing to work the travel agent to help get us the your while we were in town .... Our Travel agent ended up paying for the tour herself which is really upsetting. We were at the double tree hoe 45 mins early on last Thrus ... two buses came by and picked up other patrons for the tour ... we kept asking the drivers and they said uiurnon the next bus twice ... left at the double tree no tour no bus for us ... talk to Alex and she said we needed to be at the dineen cafe ... never got the that email .... Leo tried to Make it right but ended up charging personally out agent .... Multiple errors were made ... and I don't understand why Alex did not send our bus to get us ????? We were right there waiting and the other bus drivers were clueless unhelpful and basically did not care to help us ... not right at all. I would have felt better about the end result had you guys not charged personally our travel agent. We were ready standing right there and it ended up costing another $400. We were there someone could have done better job helping us at the time. Ruined our day devasted sent back to hotel after we came all the way from California to go on your tour .. This company was absolutely the best! Throughout the days/ weeks leading up to our tour I received emails and texts reminding me of information regarding pickup and what to expect. They made everything soooooo smooth. I arrived 10 min prior to arrival and our guide "John" met us there. He was amazing. Everything was so punctual. The minibus was filled with happy people! We did a few stops along the way including a toilet break at a beautiful flower park, a break for maple syrup tasting. John ensured everyone who purchased tickets to behind the falls and the steam boat tour had tickets. And he happily escorted our group to the front of the line. Everything went smooth and John along the way gave us facts about parks and buildings as well as a few fun history facts about Toronto. I highly recommend this tour. I noticed the reviews here were not as up to date so im here to change that. My first time in Canada and I booked the Niagra Falls tour with Queen Tour last minute after a quick internet search. And im glad I went with them. Our guide/driver Andrew was a real GEM! He was personable professional kind funny informative punctual flexible and all around great. I had a safe trip there and a nice time at each stop. The tours are quick and not much time to dilly dally between stops but I appreciate that type of schedule as a solo traveler. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Queen Tour there are lots of pick up and drop off spots to get on the bus and I even called the office at 740am and they answered my call had my name on a list and reassured me I was in the right spot to get picked up. Spouse was attending a conference, so I ventured to NF with Queen Tour. The shuttle pickup was prompt and right outside my hotel's lobby. Andrew, tour guide, was friendly and knowledgeable. He was a bit of a Homer (IYKYK)! The stops allowed for washroom, shopping, or eating. There was ample time even after the added excursions (Hornblower & Journey) to enjoy the beauty of the falls and the surrounding areas like Table Rock. A day trip to Niagara Falls is a must if you are in Toronto!! I am so happy that we chose this company for our tour. You get picked up at your hotel in the morning and travel with a small group down to the falls. Our tour guide, Nathan, was not only prompt and informative but also hilarious. We arrived early and avoided the afternoon crowd, you get 3 hours to explore on your own. Booked my reservation less than 24 hours before departure. I immediately received confirmation and was given clear instructions regarding the meeting time and location. You can pay online via PayPal or with cash when you board he bus. Nice to have this option. Our driver, Nathan, was a true professional. He was punctual, personable, and highly knowledgeable. Dawn M. and I enjoyed his easygoing demeanor and never felt rushed during the trip. The bus was surprisingly comfortable as well - clean, air conditioned, and spacious (coming from a 6"4' dude). I was expecting to see Niagara Falls and to be shuttled back to Toronto. WRONG. Fortunately, our tour was far more comprehensive, as we got the opportunity to explore Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake, the whirlpools, a hydroelectric dam separating US-Canada, and a local winery for a few samples (try ice wine). I am an instant fan if this brilliant company... They are professional and really fun! I'm not normally keen on group tours, but this trip has converted me! He was really entertaining, friendly and told us soooo many useful titbits of information! He also had some really funny (and fun) rants about various things like how awesome junk food can be!! - I didn't feel rushed in any of the places we visited. We had plenty of time to look around. - In addition to falls, we got to visit whirlpools, a power station, Niagara on the lake, a winery (we got to try ice wine and normal wine all included in the price) - bargainous!! - The bus is small, so you can make friends with everyone. There were just 7 people in our group. - The seats are comfy and there is plenty of leg room. - It leaves a little earlier than most tours, so you arrive at the falls before most of the crowds. Unfortunately the guy was left behind (the driver tried to find him twice driving along Niagara between 12 and 1 PM). If your in Toronto Canada you must, its a must! You have to go to Niagara falls. This is the most beautiful waterfall that you will ever see in your life! The tour is a must too because that is the only way you can get up and close to it, which you want to be in the middle of the action from the boat. Great experience on this boat to see and mainly FEEL how amazing this waterfall is. Get your tickets ahead of time, that will possibly help get you in faster so you don't have to wait in line for your tickets. Get ready to get wet also, but it truly is all worth it. read more

**4.5 stars** My parents were visiting Toronto for a couple of days and, considering it was their first and likely last visit, I thought that a trip to Niagara Falls was in order! I Googled around and eventually settled on Queen Tours because they said they'd collect from my downtown condo building-most of the other tours went from Yonge and Dundas square or hotels. I booked the evening before by phone which took all of 2 minutes. They said they'd collect us at 8.15am the following morning outside my building and they were bang on time. From the minute we got on the bus, we knew we were going to have a good day. Our driver/guide (Nathan) was so cheerful and friendly! Everybody was greeted with a smile. I had brought a book but barely got to read it on the way there. Our driver narrated so that what could have been a very boring stretch of road became interesting. He had details about the history of Toronto and Canada, views on global warming and tips on where to eat at the falls. We laughed and learned so the time flew by. We were dropped at the Canadian Falls first and got plenty of time to have a look around, take photos, get coffee etc. We were then brought to the Maid of the Mist which was included in the price of the trip (or you could have gone up the Skylon Tower). We had exactly the right amount of time to do the boat trip and eat before it was back on the bus. We stopped at the whirlpool on the way to Niagara on the Lake. Off the bus again for an hour in NOTL and then back on and a stop at a winery where we got to sample 3 wines. We all jumped back on the bus happily and may have napped on the way back to Toronto. We were deposited at Yonge and Dundas square at 5pm, very happy after a productive day! We all loved Nathan, the tour guide, and everybody was really well looked after. The narration was entertaining and he really seemed to want us to enjoy the trip. Everybody seemed happy-from the young couple there with her parents to the grandmother who tagged along. I was especially grateful for the condo pickup. Price was decent at $70 + tax/person. [-0.5 stars because we were in a small bus which was a bit bumpy. Nathan, the tour driver was very responsive before the tour, making sure I had all the information needed to be at the right place at the right time. He was very prompt and friendly, and kept us entertained the entire time. So happy to learn about this service as I was not keen on driving to the falls. Very good tour! The driver, who didn't introduce himself, was... interesting. One of the girls on our tour asked a question he had answered an hour ago and got an earful for it! He was hard to understand at times, but we caught most of what he said, which was very informative. After pointing out lots of things along the way he played a DVD which told about the history of the Falls. We were given a choice of 2.5 or 3 hours to spend. The driver assured us that 2.5 hours was plenty of time to see everything, and promised that he would add the extra time onto our Niagara-on-the-Lake stop. If given the choice, definitely take the extra time at the Falls. We were rushing at the end, and he only gave us an extra ten minutes at Niagara-on-the-Lake. I wish the tour would've started and ended an hour later. When we got to the falls there was tons of mist coming off the water, so much that you could hardly see the falls, and the driver informed us that the mist clears as the sun gets higher and the weather warms up. read more

Great tour company with a really good schedule. I visited Toronto this past summer and booked a tour with this company and it was a pretty good decision. Driver was very flexible, you can schedule a pick up from most places/hotels in downtown Toronto. Pick up time was relatively early, around 8-9am but definitely worth it. By leaving early we were able to get on the ferry at Niagara Falls without having to wait on enormous lines (a huge time saver)! We were also able to explore the area around Niagara and the tour guide had wonderful suggestions on snacks to try. Last stop was at a winery to sample ice wine which was a nice way to end the trip. Exactly as others mentioned. Queen tours is amazing. I made a last minute booking and not only did we get an entertaining and informative ride to Niagara Falls, but with multiple additional stops, including a wine tasting, in the Niagara region really surprised me. They leave Toronto around 8 or 8:30 (got picked up at my hotel), get to Niagara Falls around 10, spend 4 hours at Niagara Falls (more than enough), then the next 3 to 4 hours are spent making short 15-20 minute stops at several nice viewpoints and the wine tasting on the way back to Toronto. My family from the UK were visiting so I took them everywhere from edge walk to Niagara Falls. I chose this tour operator based on the price and clarity on their website. We were picked up at Dundas square Sunday morning. This was a negative aspect because their pickup was ony downtown. We had to wake up really early to make it in time. The weather was beautiful though. The driver Nathan was entertaining and surpassed our expectations. My relatives talked to him about Toronto and niagara the entire drive over and he really knew what he was talking about. When we got to the falls we went on the maid of the most boat ride and the skylon tower (that was an extra $12). We had free time and continued on to niagara on the lake and a bunch of other cool places. Wine tasting was a good time and my cousins bought some great wine as gifts for back home.
