My experience with the person running the store was not as 'friendly' as some of the other posters. I was greeted pleasantly and made small talk while browsing. All was going well until the man at the desk asked me if I was taking pictures on my cell phone. I was standing near the front counter using my cellphone to text my friend where to meet me. I was so insulted and embarrassed in front of other customers. So be warned - phones away and hands up if you shop there.

They don't lack of other types, but you can find lots of fabric with thematic images. For example, you can find moose, cabins, loons, turtles, rocks, water, etc., and that's just in one set of shelves. I even found some Minnesota-themed fabric. It is worth noting that they are happy to cut you a fat quarter if that's what you prefer. They also have a large assortment of patterns and books. I wish this place were closer to me (I'm in the Twin Cities), because I love the selection of wares. If you like quilting, you must stop in here!
