I then decided to just book an appointment through their system here on Yelp. Booked my appointment with Jolene, appointment got confirmed. Until days later I see I receive an email saying my appointment got canceled! I didn't receive a call or even a text as to why my appointment got cancelled or even if I'd like to reschedule! It's not like I check my emails as often as I'd check a text message. So what if I didn't see the cancellation in time? Clearly they don't care about gaining new clientele for whatever reason. Happily made my appointment, AT EASE, at another establishment.
