Holly & Jason continue to be the best. We drive from Merced to come for the Delux Jelly Pedicure. It is so refreshing. They spoil me with a massage while I dry my toes. If you need a place for your pedicure. Come here! Check them out. It is worth the wait. read more

I had the BEST experience tonight at this salon. My wait time was very short, they stayed open almost an hour past closing to help my friend and I, and I was offered water and candies for the short time I did have to wait. My nail tech was extremely attentive to me and patient with me as I have nerve damage and my hands lock up very bad, which I greatly appreciated. My nails are flawless, the environment is so warm and friendly, and I was offered a massage after the matter. It was the BEST massage I've had and I did not even ask for it. ‼Former worker here‼ (I put five starts to make SUREEE people read this review) !!!!!!They DO NOTTTT follow state board's guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting!!!!!!! -When something falls on the floor instead of throwing it away they pick it up and use it -They use the same files (specifically the brown one holly and her sister use), sanding bands, three sided buffers, and toe separators on different people when you are supposed to throw them away after each client - I remember a client asked me if my tool were properly disinfected and clean because her sister was diabetic (I had no problem with the question) and obviously said yes, later on holly was like "you remember the lady that ask if your tool were clean.. see.. people are crazy" -Claim ac is broken when in reality they are too cheap to turn it on -They use way to high of an rpm on your nails (rpm is the speed of the nail drill) they cover where you can see the number on purpose Fyi- the rpm should be about a 4 max cuz then you risk filing the natural nail too much causing infection and deseases - Thise "free" massages aren't free they be expecting tips and when you don't tip them they feel a type on way about If you ask them watch them deny read more

After being treated like cattle and just another dollar to be made without any consideration for how much damage was being done to my nails by my previous nail salon, I took a shot with a recommendation by my friend to try Boutique nails and spa. Holly was the sweetest person, everyone in the shop wanted to provide the best experience, they are genuinely kind people in their hearts and they did good work as well, some nail salons/techs don't focus on talking to their clients but I felt like I really got to know Holly. She was willing to try different designs until I found something I liked and wasn't upset that I changed my mind. I thought I left my purse there (found it somewhere else) and they called me back asking if I found it and saying that they looked everywhere for it, they genuinely care about their costumers. We both got relatively complicated designs without asking ahead of time if that was ok, & they absolutely rocked our looks & had a lot of fun with it. I stopped by this place last week to get a fill. Now when I get in there they ask me how could they help me I told them I just needed them to fix my one broken nail. They say okay go over to the station and have a seat. The guy comes over and talks in their language and says something to the lady. Then they speak regular English and say " oh we can't do your nail we don't have the colors" I think that was full of it. I felt it was rude. They won't never have to worry about me coming back there or sending anyone as well. They looked at my nails way before then all of a sudden it was they couldn't do one nail. Oh and I really wanted to give 0 stars but I couldn't read more

Honestly debated making this review because most of the staff is so sweet, but this is truly just…read moreridiculous. Within five days of this pedicure, it started peeling off literally just melting off when I was in the bathtub. The pedicures at the specific salon are very pricey and I pay extra for gel so that they can last month-to-month. This pedicure was about $80. The girl who did my nails wasn't someone I've had in the past and I think she's newer to the salon. She rushed through my pedicure, and I told her twice that she hit my nail with the UV lamp while it was wet and it probably needed to be fixed, she said no, they're fine and when I left, they were super chunky looking and not right and within a few days, just started melting off, like I said. To top it all off they were rushing people through pedicures like crazy and decided to come drop my armrest on my pedicure chair, dropping my phone and shattering my screen. All she did was hand me my phone and say sorry. Again, I've tried to give this salon the benefit of the doubt because it is very aesthetically pleasing, appears clean and usually the staff is so friendly, but this was just such a chop shop experience and I won't be returning. In response to the message from the owner- I was in the pedicure chair for 50 minutes because I was left there with my hands in a bowl. Not my actual pedicure length I'm sure your footage shows me pointing out the issues with the gel as she brushed me off 2x also. Again, I wasn't looking for you to redo them as I'm aware I waited a couple weeks to make the review but like I said it peeled within days. Why would I come back to a place that gave me such an uncomfortable visit? I'm sure you also saw in the footage your employee moved my phone, and was assisting the lady next to me and adjusting her seat and dropped the phone. Nice spin on the truth though My review remains the same, I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The brush she used to sweep away dust was full of dried gel and hard as a rock (wash your brush!!!!) and the UV light looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. It felt very gross and unsanitary. I've had gel peel off and natural nails break shortiy after leaving the salon. The owner makes it seem like it's the customer's fault and charges to fix. That's not ok. I have gone somewhere else now, but sharing here to warn others to be aware. There are many other better salons to give your business to.

Without warning, he started clipping them off and then used an old artificial nail to pry the remaining acrylic from my natural nail. I was looking down at my phone when I suddenly felt intense pain. When I looked up, my natural nail had been cut open and was bleeding. The technician asked if I was scared. I told him, "No, I'm not scared, I'm in pain." I also explained that this was not the proper way to remove acrylic nails. Instead of stopping, he attempted to continue. At that point, I told him not to touch my nails and that they needed to be soaked off properly. As a licensed cosmetologist and salon owner, I understand professional sanitation and safety procedures. The way my nails were being removed was unacceptable and resulted in an injury. Another staff member eventually took over, but what disappointed me most was that no one apologized for hurting me or acknowledged what had happened. Accidents can happen, but professionalism, concern for the client, and accountability matter. Unfortunately, I did not receive any of those things during my visit.

My friend Sonja introduced me to this wonderful spa several weeks ago. Our pedicures were amazing-it truly was an experience. Owner Holly and her son Jason were so kind and friendly. Jason gave us each an incredibly relaxing 10 minute neck massage "on the house". Holly said that the next time we go in we will have 15-minute neck massages each! We will be going back this weekend. Our gel pedicures have lasted all these weeks, and still look impeccable. I've gotten lots of compliments and Sonja has too. I recommend this spa without hesitation! read more

Holly is the go to person for the best Eyebrow and Brazilian wax. She also offers threading but call in advance since she can get pretty busy and booked. Here's what happened to me: a client who has apparently been going there for 28 years was belligerently drunk, cussing at my nail tech. When my nail tech stepped away, this woman turned her attention to me and told me, "You're guilty by association, you Mexican ugly bitch." She then proceeded to threaten me and my nail tech with a gun. Shalonda, another employee, also decided to get involved and somehow I was the one in the wrong. Apparently, when my husband showed up to defend his 5-month-pregnant wife after a gun threat, that was an issue too. Two days later, the owner called my nail tech to apologize--but somehow I'm the one who is banned from the shop. Shalonda even felt the need to say she "doesn't give a [care] if that bitch is pregnant." So apparently being threatened is grounds for being banned, but threatening customers and verbally abusing employees is okay if you've been a client for 28 years? Interesting. If someone is threatening customers and employees with a firearm, maybe that person shouldn't be welcome at the place of business in the first place. She has a ombre nail framed art above her station so I was excited she would know how to do it. I ended up having to ask her to redo 5 nails because the ombre powder bleed onto to white (I do pink and white). Within a week and half my nails were coming off and the cuticle areas looked like crap. My nails also looked dull.
