It offers flavours such as creme caramel, banoffee pie, cherry amaretto, peanut butter, strawberry yogurt, cookies and cream, crunchie just to name a few, as well as the usual favourites. You would never guess that the space use to be a old toilet block, which remained derelict for the past 7 years, before new business owners Mandeep and Jagbir Sidhu took it on. They worked hard to gutt, remodeland transform it into the bright, clean, open plan space it is now. There is comfy indoor seating as well as outdoor, with umbrellas and sandwiches for the winter period coming soon. Melt is perfect icecream parlour for every age. However if gelato is not your go, they also offer freshly ground, creamy coffee, decadent sundaes, waffles and other daily bakes. As you probably know by now (because I think I might have mentioned it a couple of times in other reviews) I am Vegan and I was incredibly excited when I saw there were ten vegan sorbet flavours to choose from (TEN!) plus dark chocolate too... This is one of those awesome Ice Cream Parlours that lets you try any and every flavour you want to before committing to one (or two, or a few)! After sampling a couple of the sorbet flavours, I opted for peach sorbet scoop along with an incredibly indulgent scoop of the dark chocolate, with strawberries on top. Had some affogato here and it was really delicious!…read more Their gelato itself is really creamy and tasty. And the expresso was nicely piping hot. Many times places don't make the affogato hot enough but here it was perfect. It was all well-balanced and delicious. The overall look of the place is really nice and cozy, making it a great place to come and grab some gelato with friends!
