If you get a ground level apartment, there are sliding doors to the outside and depending on the unit, a pretty good amount of grassy backyard space. Plymouth park is right across the street as well, which is nice. I always walk my dog there on my lunch break. Midland City Forest is less than 10 min away too which has great walking trails and is very dog friendly. The garage is a huge perk and is so nice to have in the winter and the indoor pool and hot tub are really nice to have as well. Maintenance has always been very quick whenever I've had any problems. The only complaints I have are the bugs during the summer months (pincher bugs, ants, spiders, potato bugs) are really bad. I have sprayed around all areas of my apartment numerous times with Raid and have ant traps scattered and yet still continue to see bugs on a daily basis. Additionally, the appliances and everything in the apartments are quite old and dated and the workout room is very small with only 1 treadmill. The walls are thin as well. I have had two different upstairs neighbors while I have lived here. The first sounded like an elephant walking up the stairs and across their floor and I could hear them talking all the time. However the second neighbor is much more quiet and I have never had any problems. So, hopefully you get a respectful neighbor or you may have some noise issues. I would still definitely recommend this apartment, especially for pet owners. It's a little on the pricey side but well worth it in my opinion.

One task was to get pressure off a basement wall and ensure it was sealed on the outside. They also removed trees and bushes, graded soil to take water away from my house and reseeded the lawn. Window wells with proper drainage were installed on all basement windows. They also took down a porch. For such dirty work they worked very cleanly, meaning there were no lingering pieces of brick or anything from the porch demolition or remnants of the trees and bushes from their removal. They do good work.. if you have any problems or questions you really need to keep calling back to get a return phone call and if you don't then more than likely you won't receive a phone call back. I knocked off a star for this very reason. I may have personally gave them lower stars but I'm trying to be fair and since they were picked out of a bunch of other companies for lower pricing and higher efficiency I think deserve the four stars?
