Do not use this service! It's a scam! On 9/7, I was planning a last-minute party for my daughter…read moreand reached out to several companies for a quote on a bouncy/water slide. Out of four, this business was the only one that called me back immediately. I spoke with Jeff, who seemed very friendly and eager to help. Since it was a last-minute booking, he required full payment upfront. He was very responsive during the booking process, and we agreed that he would set up the slide at 10:45 AM. Feeling confident, I invited friends and family, making the bouncy/water slide the main attraction. On 9/8, I texted Jeff to ask for an ETA, and he replied that the rain had delayed things, but he'd be there by noon. I understood the weather issue, but after an hour passed with no updates, I tried to contact him again. Two hours later, I was texting and calling repeatedly, but Jeff completely stopped responding. He never showed up and disappeared with my $250. My daughter and all the kids were incredibly disappointed, especially since the slide was supposed to be the highlight of her birthday. The next day, on 9/9, I tried reaching out to him again to get my money back, but he continued to ignore me. This left my family embarrassed and out $250. It seems like he delivers for some people but chooses who to scam out of their money. I wouldn't have written this review if he had at least been professional enough to apologize, let us know he couldn't make it, and refunded my money. But none of that happened. Instead, he's ignoring my messages and calls, which makes it seem like he fully intended to take my money without providing the service. This wasn't just an online order for clothes or other items....This was a birthday party--something that only happens once a year. It was also the first party I've ever thrown for my daughter. Avoid this company at all costs!
