Everything was great until the day of when Marleen arrived too late to fulfill the contract and complete the makeup of my bridesmaids, mom, and myself. Not once did I receive an apology, empathy, or an explanation. I'm all about customer service and professionalism in which this experience was neither. I ended up doing my own makeup as well as others on MY wedding day....the last thing a bride wants to experience.
