The entire staff and dentist are so caring and wonderful. They are very patient and make sure you're not in pain. They will even call you later at home and check on you to see how you're doing. Zero stars. I have never had such a bad experience at a dentist. They only did X-rays and gave "bad news." They didn't even clean my teeth because they insist on only doing a deep cleaning which is going to cost me out of pocket and force me to the office two additional times for another two hours, as if I don't have anything else to do. Although, I was somewhat nervous, the wonderful staff made me very comfortable and I felt at ease. My fillings were painless and fast. Both my wife and I had deep cleanings and it was the best experience, that I, at 71 plus years old, have ever had at a dentist office, bare-none. I highly recommend them. My wife had four teeth pulled in one visit. It was faster and less pain than she had at any other dentist. It took less time to extract those four than only one at another dentist. Both Dr. Rehab and Dr. Husnain are pleasant, gentle and well educated. They use many modern techniques, that reduce pain and time. read more

I never review anything but had such a terrible experience I hope I can stop someone from having the same. I wish I would have read about this office before I went, that was my mistake. I took my children to the office and first made the decision to leave because one of the ladies in the office was rude just as other reviews describe. Before I told the Dentist I was moving my kids I was told one of them had over 20 cavities and needed a root canal. After I told them I was leaving I was told he needed 14 and the root canal. After paying to have all my child's x-ray sent ( never had to pay for that before in my life) to a new dentist and visiting a new office my child had 4 cavities and needs no root canal. My other child has no cavities. I am so glad I changed offices and would highly recommend shopping around a little. I took the procedures that my kids had done vs what they needed done and shopped 5 other offices and all offices quoted significantly lower pricing for every single item. Buyer beware- I guess I can be thankful for how rude the office person was or I would have never left and found a super friendly office in Sulphur Springs that my kids love. read more

Let me first off by saying Cathy at the front desk was very unprofessional and rude! They would gossip about patients right where I could hear and second off she didn't even let me consider a extraction because it wouldn't be in my best interest according to her and she also said that I need to take better care of my teeth and I personally don't think it's her business what the hell I do with my hygiene. And third off she didn't even let me consider my OPINIONS. Very rude and unprofessional I highly would not recommend this place to anybody. She was very condescending and very rude. I had a dental emergency over a weekend and my dentist is in Irving, Texas. Unfortunately, I live in East Texas and wouldn't be returning to Irving until Tuesday. I started looking for someone to help me on Monday and I called Dr. Jesse Taylor. They got me in right away in his Mt. Pleasant office. Dr. Taylor was terrific. He and his staff were both concerned about the pain I was in and very gentle with me. After a painless procedure and some antibiotics I am on the road to a root canal and a new crown. Horrible! They try to get you to spend way more once you're there. They do not hire hygienists only assistants. The assistant STARTED my cleaning with flossing and the polisher. When I asked why she wasn't removing the plaque she said she doesn't do that. Doctor demonstrated a lot of disapproval in my decision to only get a cleaning at the time and not spend on more xrays that I just had done the year before. PLUS.... I didn't even get a new toothbrush and floss!! Very rude and unprofessional. read more

If I were you, I would just pick a different dentist office. Cathy that works in billing is probably one of the rudest people I have had to deal with. Trust me, I deal with a lot of people on a daily basis and she is awful. There is no reason to be so rude to anyone. To belittle someone the way she did not just me but someone else I personally know, well that is not the type of person anyone deserves to deal with. Dentists are a dime a dozen. There is no office manager to speak to that a person could even address an issue with. Search around...........apparently customer service is not something this office cares much about. read more

Listen this dentist is a guy interested in only one thing money. I recently moved here and have just learned of this guys reputation I've only went to him once. I was originally from Pennsylvania and my dentist up there had told me I had cavities due to not flossing since then I've been taking care of my teeth I went to see this guy cause I was desperate to get my cavities filled cause I hadn't cause I moved he told me I had 20 cavities even though my previous dentist told me I had only eight. Then he told me I needed my wisdom teeth out and when I told him my other dentist said I didn't he insisted anyway and seemed so full of himself he wouldn't take the word of another dentists opinion saying he'd be the judge of that. Then they wanted 7,000 dollars for these cavities filled which in itself is absurd and talk to you like your 8 years old when I'm a grown up and even charged us for giving me basic brushing and flossing info apparently at this office info you can find on the internet for free costs 50 bucks. The only positive I have is the assistant I had was very nice she should honestly find somewhere else to work to actually help people instead of rip people off like he does but that doesn't change the fact this office is interested in money and nothing else and that's sad I've never had a worse experience at a dentist EVER until I went there. Went in for chronic tmj, had a xray done and then referred to 2 different doctors since he couldn't help. Felt like I was being treated like a child, and that I couldn't understand anything. It is ridiculous that I drove almost an hour only to be referred further away. If you have tmj I do not recommend this clinic, go to Flint, Tx , the headache clinic there. I won't be returning to him. It felt like he just did the xray to get money, wasted trip, I have swelling from holding my mouth open to take the photos he takes. read more

Prices here are outrageous, it's at least three times the amount you will pay anywhere else and I can't see any reason to justify this after my visit. During my checkout I was approached by their consultant while waiting to sign my receipt for paying with my card. They kept asking several times when I would be coming back and kept insisting on a month, I said several times in a month's time I would let them know or they could call me. Well after signing what I thought was my receipt fast forward a month and I get a bill in the mail for a no show for $75 when I tried to call and figure out what this was for I explained to them all I have said here and they were very rude and only said they couldn't force anyone to sign something. Well you sure forced this review. This place deserves 0 stars if possible. I would definitely not recommend even my worst enemy. GO ANYWHERE but here. read more
