They gave me a call and said I missed my appointment this morning, I apologized and said I could not make it in because (thinking I didn't have any appointments today) I went into work. They said they are going to charge me for a visit anyways because that's their policy. I mean not for nothing I've been a regular customer, you couldn't cut me slack one time? We are all human and make mistakes. Well I won't be returning anymore. You just lost a customer. I will be talking to my credit card company in regards to the charge and see what they can do. Also might I add that I STILL returned to this place of business even after my husband and 4 year old nephew seen the owner tear the receptionist a new one! The doctors are subpar and they both ( father and daughter) push you to get a once a week allergy shot for 6 months. This medical practice needs expert care itself. The testing…read morewas extensive, and unnecessary testing was performed. The waiting time for in exam rooms was extensive. The communication is practically non exsisting. The follow-up is uncompleted. Returns calls do not happen even after leaving messages for several days in a row. The reports are incomplete and ineligible with no explanations. The virtual provider consult was an experience you do not want to have. No explanation, no ability to understand the issues. There was no addressing of the issue I had been referred for. Again, excessive blood work and nothing regarding the initial concerns. The following up calls for explanations with no response. I was disrespected, treated poorly, with no follow-up. I will not be returning to this poorly run practice. The RN running skin test was professional, and she completed the testing efficiently. However, the lack of reports after treatment was nonexistent. In my opinion, I feel this office is over billed for unnecessary services. Diagnosed disease and syndrome that did not exist. I still have not received the full reports with all the pages for 3 weeks, and neither has my referring primary care. I believe I was given erroneous information for another person, with no follow-up. DON'T GO. MOVE ON, GO TO ANOTHER PRACTICE. This practice gets a negative star!

The last time I was in the office in 2020, my copay is $40, but due to their covid protocols, they were not taking payment in person and said I would be billed later. Well, I dont have a paper bill as of yet, I have not received a phone call regarding this, and apparently they now have a policy that says fi you owe money, they can't book you. This is $40 and the person on the phone cant take my payment either. So this practice holds your health hostage for $40. Too bad I liked the doctor(s) and nurses, but now I will find another doctor.

Sometimes they run behind schedule but that is standard with any physician office, just leave yourself extra time afterwards incase you leave later than expected.
