I first notified them in mid March. In very early April they sent someone out to look. They admitted blame. They told me they'd repair everything good as new. It took me three more calls just to get a crew here to get the pile of rocks out of my lawn. Here it is late August (5 months after I first called!) and I'm still waiting for the repair work (sod, rocks, edging, sprinkler head) to be done. I had pay someone to replace the sprinkler head and piping they destroyed. The lawn where the system was damaged was unable to be run during the drought, resulting in a huge swath of dead grass. Terrible service. I called today (8/27) as nobody has yet to contact me after repeated calls (called on 8/20 and was told someone would contact me ASAP). After explicitly telling me on April 12 that "We sent a guy out and they agree that they damaged things and are responsible fixing it" they now disavow and responsibility. Damaged landscaping, torn up turf, broken sprinkler head and pipe (which kept me from watering that zone during the drought, resulting in dead grass). Larson has terrible customer service and their word cannot be trusted. If I were a homeowner, business or homeowner association I would not use Larson. If there is a service issue they will leave you holding the bag

The prices of these specimens is not surprisingly very high. However, most of the inventory is priced at what you find at other nurseries. We stopped in over the Labor Day weekend looking for a small evergreen. No less than three people offered help and we were able to find what we were looking for. And on sale too. Fall is a great time to buy plants and trees with most things on sale. This weekend they had perennials for 50 to 75% off. Many plants were just 2 or 3 dollars.
