We were impressed with all of them, but Infinite Decks was the only one who was willing to figure out a design issue in order to bring it up to code. By far, this made them the best design. When it came to installation, I was continually impressed with the high quality materials and design. The new drilled pier post foundations are fantastic and they make my old footers look like childs play. Several times we had to make adjustments on the fly and they were always very accommodating and responsive, which is very important to me. They really did an awesome job all around and have even been responsive and helpful POST job finish, which is also refreshing to see, as some folks forget about you once the work is done. We absolutely love our new deck and expect that it will likely outlast us!

Paid via Zelle. - Cut up logs and stumps with a chainsaw and used a tarp and wheelbarrow to move all the stuff across half an acre. - Polite, expedient, considerate. On the day of the delivery, the driver called to double check the address and dump location as I was at work. We confirmed that he should dump the mulch on the driveway. He even told me that there might be some spill over onto the lawn. I totally understood because of the amount I had ordered. But when I got home, the ENTIRE mountain of mulch was on my lawn with spillover covering the city sidewalk! I couldn't believe it! That meant rushing to distribute the mulch before the lawn died and HOURS of extra time to remove as much mulches possible from the grass without ripping it out of the ground. I called to let them know and was told the manager would call me back, but he never did. The product was good and the price, and I totally understand mistakes happen, and I would have even given them another shot if they had apologized and been more professional and customer oriented.
