Matt and 4 crew members came out and cut down 6 large trees, tons of buckthorn, 3 dead lilac bushes and several other small things. Matt also pruned every tree on the property and it looks great! We wanted more sun and he accomplished that! Also, his team had to work in almost freezing rain and snow. The part I liked the best was the clean-up. Matt's team raked up every little stick and blew off any sign that he was even at the property. My backyard had some tire tracks from his machine, but we talked about that before the job was started. My lawn was very soft and it was raining out - this sort of thing was expected. Getting the 6 quotes was a headache and quite frankly annoying. I am happy to have this project completed!!! However, the hill had been planted the week before trying to stabilize the incline. I notified the team of the plantings. When done, they said they were careful and didn't damage anything. My gardener accessed the area the next day, and they had damaged three of the recent dogwood plantings. Only one could be saved. When I notified Tom at the company he said there was nothing he would do to make it right. Not even an apology.
