Went there today to get my 14 yr old daughters 3rd holes and helix done. I made an appointment a few days prior. When we got there, it was clean and everyone was friendly and welcoming. They helped her pick out jewelry and explained the difference between them. Isis is who pierced her ears and she was awesome. She explained everything before she did it , made sure my daughter was comfortable, had my daughter check the placement and cleaned everything beforehand in front of us. My daughter said it didn't even hurt! After she explained the aftercare and made sure my daughter liked the placement. I would definitely recommend pleasure and pain. I had been looking everywhere to get my Bruins tattoo done and I wanted a Bruins fan to do it. Rob was my guy! He showed me a Bobby Orr tattoo he had done years ago and I knew I made the right choice. I was done in about 4 1/2 hours. We got to work two hours before the shop actually opened. The place is clean and welcoming. I'm always quiet when I get tattoos, but he was great at keeping the conversation going and was a natural at it. Loved his design and I am honestly just so pleased with the finished product! He had me book a follow up appointment in a couple months in case I need any touch ups done, which I think is actually really considerate. I've never had an artist suggest that before. I had Terri Whalen, the current apprentice to Jeff Burt. She did a fantastic job with my first tattoo. I walked into the shop only knowing what I wanted, about where I wanted it, and about what size. She helped me get the size and location perfected without any sort of fuss, she answered all my questions clearly and was generally just incredibly friendly. I went to pleasure in pain to have my nose piercing changed. I had no issues and noticed some great workwhile there. I decided to make an appointment to have some ink work done. I have had a lot of work done previously, but never have I been so shocked in my life to pay the price I paid last night! My appointment was at 4:30p. Didn't start until 5:30p and ended at 8p. The price for my tattoo is $400. There is no color, not a lot of detail, and was done by the biggest rookie in the shop! To say the least, I will not be going back. I came here for the first time for a piercing. I booked an appointment with Sami on the day that I wanted to go in. I can only speak incredibly highly of Sami. She is an incredibly friendly, professional, clean, and a wonderful piercer. She was great at distracting me during the actual piercing, very understanding of any concerns, and the piercing looks great. This is actually one of the first times that I haven't experienced horrible pain or infection after getting one done (mind you, this was done less than a week ago - I have a cartilage piercing from months ago, done elsewhere, that is still painful). If you're looking for a piercing, Sami should be your go-to. If I get any more piercings, it will undoubtedly be done by Sami. read more

Went in for a nose piercing and got in quickly. Sami was very friendly, gave me some basic aftercare instructions. A bump developed a month later and I was advised not to use a hot compress but could use tea tree oil (I've since found out this is a huge no no). I finally went in person for advice as it was getting worse and she told me I had a keloid but could call my doctor for a steroid cream and it would be gone in a week. She also said she gets people in 3-4 times a week with these. Well this is NOT that common so something is not right there. A keloid can only be diagnosed by a dermatologist and I've had multiple piercings that have never developed one (I'm 46). That is also not the right treatment for a keloid; they do not go away. Dermatologist confirmed it was a piercing bump and not a keloid. I went to a second studio and they suggested hot compress and a downsize of my stud and that took care of it no problem. They also stated the stud I was pierced with was for a lip and bigger than should be used on a nose of a petite person like myself. Sami never mentioned a downsize, compressing, not sleeping on it etc. Although staff were nice I didn't find them especially knowledgeable as compared to the studio I went to for a second opinion so I wouldn't recommend them for piercings read more

I took my daughter to Sami to get her ears pierced and was so pleased! The shop is extremely clean, everything is in sterilized packets. Sami takes extra time to make sure everything is done just right. She was just so lovely! I highly recommend Sami for piercings. read more

Kevin was absolutely amazing, professional, friendly, super quick and did beautiful work. I love my wrist tattoo! It is exactly what I pictured and he did a fantastic job. Extremely clean and sanitary, their artists are amazing, and super friendly. I had Rob twice. I just went the other day and he exceeded my expectations! I pitched an idea and showed him pictures of some vintage flowers and blue birds I originally wanted on my left shoulder cap. I made a reservation with him and he texted me a picture a few days after of what he had come up with. On the day of my appointment he had drawn up something different- cherry blossoms, because he researched blue birds and said they are seen more on cherry blossom trees. He added cherries and said he'd add a blue sky, and I was hooked. Took 3 hours, and I am glad he took his time. He said he was more experienced with black and white tattoos but he did a piece of art on my arm that he should be extremely proud of. The colors came out amazing, and I could not be more in love with it. It is absolutely beautiful and colorful. This is by far my favorite place to get tattooed. read more

I was very unhappy when I got in my car with my tattoos. But I figured I would let them heal & then see how they were. On one of them the color is completely gone!! I also have a friend that got a half sleeve done & there is barely any color in it. The red doesn't seem to stay in at all. & my other tattoo my 7 year old could have done better!!!
