The person at the front desk was so patient and professional, the office was clean and had a great atmosphere and aesthetic, and Mikey, our piercer, was so wonderful! Mikey's work space is decked out in the coolest The Nightmare Before Christmas theme, which happens to be a movie my daughter had a brief obsession with not that long ago, so she instantly was so relaxed considering she was about to have her ears pierced! She was very excited but also expectedly very nervous, but Mikey explained every step so she knew what to expect and it was so quick and over in a flash she didn't even flinch! The consultation was about 20 min and she drew on my arm detailing exactly what she would be doing and then traced that. No question was left unanswered. I then had multiple two hour sessions which I wasn't used to in my previous longer tattoo sessions, which was great.
