I will say that the NP I saw was very good. On a second visit my appointment was at 2:45. I showed up at 2:47. But because I wasn't here 15 minutes early, they refused to see me and the next appointment isn't for more than a month. This is utter insanity. I have to take time off from work to be here. So it's incredibly frustrating when I get here on time and have to wait so long. And nothing short of infuriating when I show up at my appointment time and get turned away. My paperwork is already on file and nothing has changed in the 4 months since I was last seen, so to be turned away for this is beyond words. It's incredibly disappointing that this is the only GI in Flagstaff. We really need another office here so we can get some proper service going. Do yourself a favor and just go to Phoenix instead of this place.
