The estimate and contract process were both online and super easy. The roof looks amazing and the trim wrap really cleaned up the outside of the house. The new gutters look so much better then the old ones, and it's nice knowing we won't have to worry about cleaning them out all the time. What I appreciated most was that they didn't rush anything. You can tell they care about doing the job right instead of just getting to the next project. It's hard to find a contractor like that anymore. They didn't cut any corners with the roof and made sure the shingles were high quality. I was given answers to all my questions promptly (I had quite a few of them) and was advised on my selection of roofing material and color. The crew did a fantastic job, and the quote was spot on. No debris was left behind and they were amazingly quick - started in the morning and finished just after lunch! It was a hot day and I made sure I set out some water, Gatorade, and Redbull for them. Workmanship was awful: Carpentry: Misaligned deck, ramp rebuilt 5 times and still wrong. Painting: No primer, paint peeling, splatter on windows, floors, even personal items. Plumbing: Cardboard left in drains (overflow in less than 1 month), pipes left active in attic (burst, collapsed through 3 floors). HVAC: Unauthorized work patched with duct tape, vents left uncovered. Windows: Wrong orders and sizes, one half the promised size. Safety: Ladder left on porch for a year; subs entered house unannounced. Timeline was equally disastrous: promised completion Apr 2024, revised to Oct 2024, finally finished Sept 2025. Multiple inspections failed. Project manager was a poor communicator, and the CEO stopped responding once problems escalated. Masonry and flooring were the only trades done competently. Everything else was systemic incompetence and mismanagement. Their 5-star rating does not reflect reality. Avoid at all costs.
