I hired this company to do a partial remodel of my bathroom. I was having a shower door installed in one bathroom and partial tile work, shower door installation, and shower pan installation with appropriate faucet work. (This project has since been fixed by a different company due to management causing numerous issues and dropping the ball.) A major issue was that on the day the project was suppose to start the workers arrived and had no idea what they were supposed to be doing. On top of that they were sent without the list of items or order confirmations for the shower doors and tiles. This caused a 4 day delay in the project starting. When the project finally started it took 4 days to complete a two day project. On top of that when I requested a border to be added to the partial tile work, I was told the additional cost would be $100. That was fine with me. After the project was completed they tried to charge $250 labor for the border addition (11 border tiles...). On the last day the owner (Mike) showed up and acted unprofessionally (Such as showing up without letting me know when I had never met him). My mother was doing work in my bedroom while I was sleeping before a 12 hour patrol shift that night and a strange man just enters my house. When the bill came I noticed some charges were not correct, which were brought to the attention of the company/ Mike. Ultimately I paid $150 for the border tile labor and for some items that were not even used (Homer Bucket/ Tarp/ Etc.), but were added to the invoice. I received no response regarding my inquiry to the suspicious charges and paid the bill to clean my hands of this company. I posted a review regarding this experience and was contacted by Mike. During the conversation he made several statements that I knew to be partial truths or lies. He claimed that he had removed the trash for this project. When I questioned him regarding the basic information on the trash removal, the responses didn't add up. This was due mostly to the fact that I was the one to take care of 90% of the trash. The owner continued to question my review and the portion specific to his behavior in my residence around my mother. Several times he referenced my mothers behavior as a, "crazy person." My mother was hanging curtains, disagreed with his approach of trying to charge more, and informed him that she had purchased a fair amount of the materials (And was about to go purchase more). The owner had a general shaky story and response during this phone conversation. Ultimately he stated that his employee Adam was the issue, and stated he was having issues with him. In order to salvage the situation. His goal was to persuade me to change my review, so the owner offered to look into the situation, "refund $100 dollars because Adam should not have strong armed me", and buy me a case of beer. He said he would get back to me in a week, which was over a month ago. Throughout the whole conversation the owner would reference that he was friends with several LEOs and did not know that things had gone stray with the situation (I am a LEO). Bottom line of this long post is that I do not recommend this company. They proved to be dishonest and could not uphold their promises. Conduct business at your own risk. I would have hired this company to do several other projects, but instead went with a different company that I am far more pleased with. read more

The vanity lights and recessed shower lighting make the bathroom bright and beautiful, giving the feeling of natural daylight. The stone shower floor was an excellent choice because it feels secure and stable, allowing me to stand and walk safely without worrying about slipping or falling, and the matching shower niche adds a beautiful highlight to the overall design. Mike also introduced me to a towel warmer, which has been an excellent upgrade because now my towels stay warm, dry, soft, and ready to use every morning. Most importantly, this company planned for long-term safety by professionally installing grab bars in strategic locations to prevent falls and provide support when needed in the future, which gives great peace of mind. As a result, I am extremely happy with the outcome and honestly recommend Mike and Picture Perfect Home Improvements for your next project. read more

One of the best things about working with Picture Perfect is the timing and ability to work around our schedule with our special needs son. We could not be home every day in a row and asked that the crew only be scheduled when we could be there while keeping our son safe from the noise and dust. Mike worked with our needs and even though it made the process/project longer in the end we are very grateful that they were the only one willing to take on our job. We had a bathroom remodeled off of our master bedroom and our sons room. Our bathroom opening and sons room now has the extra wide doors installed for his wheelchair and the proper shower/tub that we required as well. Picture Perfect did a great job on my 5x7 bathroom. The project manager was very knowledgeable and their pricing was very straightforward and easy to understand. I even threw them a curveball at the last minute to add a recessed niche shelf and they did not mind changing the contract and adding that item in for a reasonable price. Once they started the project, the crew showed up on time every day and worked long hours to get my bathroom done within 5 days. The tilework looks amazing and I am really happy with the recessed niche shelf, it really makes my little bathroom look 'high-end' Next spring I am going to get PPHI to work on my master bathroom and possibly my kitchen. Picture Perfect renovated our entire basement with new lighting, carpet, ceiling, closed in our steps, created a closet and fully installed a bathroom when no plumbing was even stubbed in. We couldn't be happier - I'm writing this review sitting in my "new", beautiful basement while watching football. It's clean and fresh feeling; very modern looking. This has become the favorite room in the house with all of us wanting to be here. My teenage children invite friends over more than ever and all love hanging out in our basement. I posted an ad on facebook marketplace seeking a contractor to help me hang two 100 pound mirrors. I got a reply back telling me to give Picture Perfect Home Improvements a call. When I did call, I spoke with Mike, who was absolutely a God-send. Adam and his crew did a good job on our bathroom repair and improvements. The job was more challenging than anticipated and required some work above the initial estimate, but the end results were very nice. We have a larger, updated shower that looks great. The crew was cordial, timely, and professional. They covered exposed areas and used drop clothes to minimize any mess. They also made sure their workspace was clean at the end of each day and answered our questions and kept us posted about their progress. The office staff were friendly and easy to work with. I have known about Mike and his team for years now but never had an experience until now. We had a bathroom remodeled in a home that we own in Chantilly. The estimate was done on time and the price was in line with other remodelers that we have had come out. The work was also done on time and kept within the budget so we were not charged for anything that was beyond scope, it also helps that I did some of the pre-work myself with removing the vanity, toilet, and floor. I used PPHI for a remodel of our great room in our lake house. The room itself was not very great, had a half wall near the door wall and a built in display case that had to go. Hired PPHI to redo front foyer and rear mud room. They replace the 2nd floor windows and the chandelier, replaced all the woodwork and installed a new front door, and repainted everything. Adam, the job supervisor, was very helpful in selecting all the new things while looking for the best price. They repainted the mud room and put in hanging racks and shelves, and boot bins with a seat. I was very happy with their attention to detail and the cleanup. Will recommend to my friends. read more

After 7 months the bathroom is still shining like new. The tilework, grout and caulk all is still white and holding up very well. I had a slight issue with the toilet and some bowl cleaner which hurt a seal and caused the toilet to run a lot. Called up Mike and learned it was common when you use the wrong type of cleaner. Most new toilets by Kohler are not compatible with bowl tablets. Love the results we have gotten with Picture Perfect and would recommend them again. read more
