The worst part is the technicians did not clean up after the job. They left the basement floor covered in soot and mud. It took her the better part of a week to clean it, and there are still stains on the floor. Cleaning up after a job should be a given. Just normal decency.

NEVER GO THROUGH FREDS ENERGY!!!!…read more I Closed that account somewhere between February and March as they got pissed I wasn't using a lot of fuel and kept trying to add hidden charges to my bill. I then had them keep sending me stuff about crediting my account despite being told I'd receive a check.I finally got the check and they picked up their propane tank after 3 months of them harassing me any my household and them refusing to close my account. I mentioned 6 times between February and now that I'm not going through them my account is to be closed and I'm going through a different company.Well today had to call them back as I received a paper with my account still active and a list of rates for 2025 dated May 19th. I don't know if I should contact a lawyer or cops to file harassment charges or what but something has got to give.I do not recommend them and they lost all respect and credibility to me.
