A new kitchen faucet that was in the box, he took out the old one and put in a new one. I called him a month after because my faucet base was leaking, supposedly he fixed it now he is saying that It needs a rubber casket. I gave him a $20 tip, so where is the senior discount. I would not allow him in my home to do any work because who knows he will accuse you or our family member that you took something from him.

He just gets it done, period. He's been managing my Air b and b Property while I've been away, inside and out, and dealing with the clients. I don't have one single worry with him there. It's all taken care of, right down to watering the plant in the corner, or finding a dangerous slippery stone or something or other on the path.
