We let them know that we needed the driveway done and cured before that date so we could use a wheelchair on it . They were here the next day to take out the old concrete and prepare it for the new. These guys really knew their stuff and they worked long and hard and did an absolutely stellar job. Communication with Michigan Rose Construction was great. They were always available to answer questions and we enjoyed interacting with the men who were doing the work. We would hire them again for any construction project without hesitation.

They also installed four 8x4 foot racks in our garage ceiling, new faucets in the kitchen and half bath, and changed our disposal to the logical side of our sink, a task which turned out to be a little tricky. We are very pleased with the results and recommend this team to anyone looking for a contractor. My fiancé is a former contractor himself, so we are well able to evaluate the service received, and it was great. They did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier. They were communicative in some traffic delays coming out. They gave me the perfect price and perfect timing for work to be done. For the several projects I had in my home, Diamant even drove himself to stores to get the materials he needed and presented me with receipts. After that time passed, I received another call saying the order still had not arrived. At that point, I requested to cancel the order and pick up my check because I could not continue waiting. Shortly after, Tommy (Haitham) contacted me again and promised he could get the order within 10 more days, so I agreed to continue waiting. After 22 total days of delays, excuses, and lack of communication, I became extremely frustrated. What disappointed me most was not just the delay itself, but how the situation was handled. After expressing my frustration through text messages, Tommy (Haitham), instead of having management or the owner professionally address the issue, involved people from my community who had absolutely nothing to do with this transaction. I started receiving calls regarding a private customer dispute. No business should allow an employee to involve outside individuals in a customer issue. That was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. I later spoke with the owner, Simon, and explained the entire situation. At the beginning of the call, I even asked him what the company's mission was, and he stated that it was to make customers happy and satisfied. Unfortunately, I can honestly say I left this experience feeling neither happy nor satisfied. The delays already caused enough stress and financial loss due to rent and project setbacks, but the employee behavior and management's acceptance of it made the experience even worse. For the record, I never used disrespectful language toward Tommy (Haitham). I simply asked Tommy (Haitham) to stop contacting and harassing me, and I expressed how frustrating and exhausting this situation had become after weeks of delays and broken promises. I do not recommend this business based on my experience. Very disappointing overall.

We called ahead and spoke to Parker who kindly pulled step color samples from the yard. This was so helpful as we are matching a competitor stone color to Unilock. Afterwards, we walked through the front parking area which has loads of paver combinations. Helped us see color combinations, textures, and shapes in person versus the catalog. Absolutely worth the two hour round trip drive.

In the Fall of 2015, we decided to use Unilock pavers, Brussels Block Desert Sand, by first…read morechoosing from their brochure and then dealing with a company that actually had samples laid out in their display area. We had our landscaper bring samples to the home to match our brick, and make the final decision. Once Unilock sent their product, we were concerned with the color, stopped the project and were told to deal with Unilock Manufacturer Rep, who advised us that the stone would change colors once exposed to the elements and the initial residue removed. We started the project again on the good faith that Unilock represented. Unfortunately, once the project was done, it was not Desert Sand, even though Manufacturer Rep sent us pictures of other projects using Desert Sand (which did not look like ours at all), and someone came out to see our project and advised us it would change colors in 6 months or so, but would not put that in writing. And at that point, they did not follow up with us even though we were unhappy customers. Their claim is customer satisfaction, but they did absolutely nothing to satisfy us, and we are now left with very very gray pavers, against our orange brick, instead of the beige ones we thought we were getting. #1, #2, and #3 pics are Unilock Desert Sand -- See picture #4 and #5 to see end result of our project.

They suggested we try this place because he said they have everything. Well what do I have to lose? They opened up at 6:30 a.m. therefore I stopped by before going to work. Larry was extremely helpful. They focus on the contractors but love the public as well. You can purchase stuff in bulk. I also saw a nice display room with samples. They had two beautiful unfinished walnut vents in stock hand made in the south someplace. Ahh, U.S. made. Of course I needed three so they ordered another one. I also picked up some felt buttons. They have those in bulk too. A spray can of urethane to finish these puppies. They came out perfect. The price was a little higher than I anticipated paying but these are a perfect topping. This is a great place to get all your wood flooring needs.
