Unlike our previous experience with KSI she did not come to our house for measurements, even though we live only 2 miles away. Instead, she asked the contractor to check my measurements, and he is 20 miles away---and he found I measured correctly. The 2 small bathrooms we are remodeling aren't even done and we have found 3 errors on her order so far. Right now we are on hold until the counter top maker comes out to cut it down, she ordered it too large. They already were here once because she didn't order the right hole configuration for the faucet. The two medicine cabinets were too large to fit. Wes, the store manager has been very accommodating in correcting her errors, but she has cost us time and aggravation.

This was one of the most miserable customer service experiences possible. Three weeks, three…read morevisits and several phone calls later, including 3 with a manager, and I still don't have a correct quote for 5 identical cabinets in a row on a wall. E-mails failed to produce a correct quote, even though other vendors did fine with the same information. When I went in the second time, thinking it would be easier in person, they couldn't accommodate me, and said I needed an appointment. I made an appointment, and when I went in for the appointment, they said they were sorry, they were accommodating someone who walked in. I asked if anyone could help me, and the answer was no. I waited 15 minutes, then left, asking for a manager to call me. The manager said she would personally provide a correct quote, that day, and it's now several days later and I still don't have a quote. I went to Home Depot where they were friendly and helpful, and with the 20% sale coupon, the price was about the same. Just no excuse for this abysmal level of customer service. The only reason they even got one star was because it's not possible to give 0 or negative.

On his own he found out the brand of hinge I needed and even showed me where to buy it. Needless to say I was very impressed with Jake and the great service he provided. I will definitely keep Cabinet Express in mind for future Cabinet needs and I can highly recommend them.

Problems started when I had a leak at the base of my shower on the side with the shower arm and controls. The leak went into the basement and through the wall which caused massive damage to my brand new closet system in my walk in closet and the floor in there on the other side of the wall from the shower. I was left with over $5,000 in damages. I couldn't file an insurance claim really. I have renters that share my home with me and I had to evict a renter for severe damage to my basement and the basement bedroom he was living in. Due to the amount of damage we had to split it into 4 claims. So they told me if I filed another claim, I wouldn't be able to file anymore for 7 years. DreamMaker did agree to fix the problems but they told me it would take a few months because there was a back log on acquiring materials. They came out and caulked the area where the leak was because I had company coming and I needed the shower operational. It was my understanding that the temporary fix was good until they were able to repair it permanently. I was fine with that. A few months went by and there was no follow up from them at all. I sent an e-mail and 3 days went by so I contacted a lawyer to send them my intent to go to court. When I called for their fax number and the employee at DreamMaker realized what I was doing, they suddenly became very responsive. However, I had another representative call and say to me, we did everything we said we were going to do on the appropriate time schedule. You weren't supposed to be using the shower anyway. I felt like they were victim blaming and shaming me. If they somehow thought that would win my business again, then I don't know what the hell they were thinking. So the bathroom originally looked nice, but they're working on it right now and they tore out the shower and the tile floor they just put in. I know mistakes happen, but given the leak, the victim blaming and shaming, the lack of follow up, and their lack of concern for how much I pad out in damages, I cannot recommend them to anyone.

From the moment Chris Wolverton walked in he made us feel so comfortable and confident that he was the right contractor for the job. We were not disappointed. I would give these guys a ten if that was an option. The tradesmen working with Chris were all very highly skilled and easygoing. And after having a complete kitchen and bath remodel I determined we needed a laundry remodel too. They are just wonderful and each one of them have become part of the family. Will be doing more remodels in the near future and they will be doing them! Trust no one else!

Even though I changed what I wanted done many times, Mr. Wolverton kept on coming out updating my quote without any problems. Once I accepted the quote construction started very quick! He also honored the price he gave even though went above and beyond on things I requested last minute. I am very thorough and what things done the way I like it. I called/text Mr. Wolverton at all times of the day through the whole process. What was refereshing is that he called/text back within the hour (even on weekends and during his vacation)! Buyers be aware of this place. I went there to buy countertops for a project. I in fact interview…read morefour different places before returning to this business. I found a countertop and asked questions about veining because the countertops that I picked out had veins. First off the guy came to measure the countertops and they were cut two short and they gave us a hard time about that and then to tell me that I could have my contractor fill in the holes. Second I decided to use the countertops as back splashes and again asked the question about the veins matching. They told me they would match. Not the case at all. When they came to install for a second time the veins do not match the backsplashes after I was told they would. They claimed they never said this which is not true and told me that I had buyers remorse. For a $10,000 job they are doing sloppy work and do not care about the customers. I had asked about a discount because now I have to live with ugly countertops that do not match and will only receive a 5% discount which is nothing. The owner does not care about his customers and only cares about his money. Buyers beware of this place. Also when you walk into the shop the staff look miserable as they never have smiles on their faces, it's like they can't be bothered to get up to help you. Buyers beware of this place.
