Since then, I have experienced a complete lack of communication. My calls are being ignored, no one is returning my messages, and I am not receiving any updates regarding my vehicle. I have never had issues with this company before, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. I regret not taking the time to review customer feedback prior to purchasing. I refuse to continue making payments on a vehicle that repeatedly breaks down, especially when service staff are not properly addressing the issue or communicating with me.
