If I wanted that many unsolicited calls, I'd sign up for a car warranty scam hotline. At this point, I half expect them to start calling me from my own number just to keep things spicy. Oh, isn't it illegal to call the cell phones of those on the national do not call list? In short: if you enjoy being harassed while paying triple the loan back, this is your dream company. I was told to follow the instructions (assuming instructions are on the robo-call that I don't waste my time answering) and then the man hung up on me. There is no need to be rude. This company is wasting my time with their calls. I understand that my request to be removed from their call list is not making them any money, but be a decent human being and treat people right. Based on the way they treat people alone, I would never use this company and I urge anyone considering using this company to think twice.

Unprofessional and she was not even the store branch manager. She needs retraining in the field of customer service and if she is not a people person she should seek a different profession. Perhaps back of a warehouse. Upon getting verification of the check being cashed we said thank you and she turned and walked off without so much as a you're welcome. Terrible service.
