There is usually a small line whenever I come here and only a couple of lanes open. Although the employees here are relatively friendly and helpful, the service could be faster. The facility is clean and well maintained. I've observed an employee sweeping or mopping the floor in the past. There is one associate there who had possibly the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. She said thank you to me last week and I almost fell to the floor in shock. She's never used please or thank you with me before (I match energy so after the first couple times neither have I). She is on a personal call maybe 50% of the time when I come in, sometimes arguing with someone. I have heard her use a really nasty tone with other people. Also, when you reach her window and she's doing something else like talking on the phone, counting money, etc. she ignores you like you don't exist. She doesn't make eye contact, not even for a fraction of a second to acknowledge your presence and say she will get to you shortly. I've waited beyond 5 minutes like this. And probably fue to this sometimes the wait is 20+ minutes for just a small number of people.If the workers here aren't available when there is a line of customers perhaps they should have more people on duty at once.
